Heaven Rooftop Bar & Lounge
This is the rooftop you go to when you want the view without the sky-bar surcharge. It sits above Silom Plaza, right over one of Bangkok's busiest stretches, and the drinks come at prices that won't make you flinch. That alone puts it ahead of half the city's higher-altitude competition.
The food is Thai and people rate it, though one reviewer found their dishes a bit sparse and overcooked, so I'd treat it as a drinking spot that feeds you rather than the other way round. There's a stage with speakers, and they run loud. Sit away from it unless music is why you came. Service slows noticeably once the place fills, which it does on weekend evenings, so order in rounds and don't turn up starving. Seating comes in a few different styles, which makes it workable for two people or eight.
Come for sunset if you can. That's when the rooftop earns its name, and the crowd is still thin enough to pick your table.

Reviews from Google
Food is great, we tried a bunch of Thai dishes and all were tasty. Drinks were reasonably priced for a rooftop bar in the city. Laid back vibes and nice atmosphere. Although the speakers were a little bit too loud, best not to sit near the stage if you can😅
has a nice rooftop view and a relaxed atmosphere, especially in the evening. It’s a good place to sit, have a drink, and enjoy the city. The drinks are good and the overall vibe is pleasant. The only downside was the waiting time — service was a bit slow when it got busy. Still, the staff were polite and friendly. Overall, it’s a good spot and worth visiting, just be prepared to wait a little during peak hours.
Well well well this was visited before the plandemic … My friend and I were here because we were in the area and we decided to go to Heaven’s rooftop because we’ve heard some good things about it so we tried and thought we tried it out? Yeah atmosphere is nice the service was OK and the food was a little bit sparse and a bit overdone! As you can see the photos what we had for dinner there! The sunset is nice from up here! Cozy little rooftop! However we enjoyed each other’s company catching up on life’s mysteries! I would recommend to go here I have been here another time just for drinks with my gym members when F45 used to be next-door in the Mahanakon building!! Tips for Visiting Nightlife & Bars
Carry Your Passport or a Copy
Clubs and some bars check IDs strictly, especially in Bangkok's Thonglor, RCA, and Sukhumvit areas. A photo of your passport info page on your phone usually works, but carrying a laminated photocopy is safer.
Know the Closing Times
Legal closing time is 2 AM for most venues, though enforcement varies. In Bangkok's designated entertainment zones (RCA, Silom Soi 2/4, Khao San), some clubs stay open until 4 AM. Islands tend to be more relaxed about hours.
Buy Bucket Drinks Cautiously
Island bucket drinks (mixed spirits in a small bucket) are cheap and fun but notoriously strong and inconsistent. Stick to one, stay hydrated, and never leave your drink unattended at beach parties.
