By using Visit Thailand Today ("the site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Use of the site
The site provides travel information, recommendations, and tools (including the Itinerary Builder and interactive map) for general guidance only. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. You must not use the site to post illegal, harmful, or offensive content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
3. Travel information disclaimer
All travel information (including opening hours, prices, ratings, and descriptions) is for general guidance only. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness. Conditions, prices, and availability change. Always verify important details (e.g. visas, bookings, opening times) with the relevant provider or official source before you travel. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from reliance on information on the site.
4. Submissions (suggest a place)
When you submit a place suggestion, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and modify that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the directory. You confirm that you have the right to submit the information and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may reject, edit, or remove submissions at our discretion. By submitting, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
5. Affiliate links
Some links on the site are affiliate links (e.g. to booking or activity providers). We may earn a commission when you make a purchase via those links, at no extra cost to you. This helps us keep the site free. Our recommendations are based on our editorial judgment; affiliate relationships do not determine which places we feature.
6. Intellectual property
The site's design, text, and layout are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or republish substantial parts of the site without permission. Place data and images may be sourced from third parties (e.g. under license or with attribution); we respect those rights.
7. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the site (if any). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
8. Featured listings
Businesses may pay a monthly fee for a featured listing. A featured listing is placed first on its category and destination pages and is clearly labeled as sponsored, and its outbound links carry rel="sponsored". A featured listing does not change a business's Google rating or review count, its position in any of our ranked lists, or what we write about it. We may decline or end a featured listing for any business that does not meet our standards, in which case any prepaid period is refunded pro rata.
Featured listings are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, and can be canceled at any time; the placement continues to the end of the paid period and no partial-month refunds are given. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Card payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms.
