Why go, and how to do it well
Santorini styling on a seventh-floor rooftop in the middle of Patong shouldn't work, and yet this one does. The whitewashed, open-air setup looks out over the Patong skyline, and the mood shifts as the day goes on, from quiet and loungey in the afternoon to DJs and real energy once it gets dark. Come at 2pm and you'll get a very different place from the one you'd find at 2am. Both are worth having, so pick your slot deliberately.
The kitchen leans shareable, with sushi and sashimi, Asian-style small plates and wood-fired pizzas. Cocktails get the loudest praise in the reviews, particularly for what they cost, which isn't something you can say about most rooftops in this part of town. Service comes up again and again too, and one group arriving by wheelchair were taken up in the staff elevator when the main one was down. That tells you more than any menu does.
