The hotel delivers on cleanliness, as the room was spotless upon arrival. However, the noise at night was quite disturbing due to other guests and the way the doors open and close, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast had a decent variety, though it wasn’t exactly to my taste, still, plenty of choices for different preferences. The gym is impressive, well-equipped and a definite highlight. The pool is nice too, though it has a strict no food and drink policy, which might be a downside for some. The location is a plus, being close to the park, which is great for walks or some fresh air. I recently stayed at The Royal P Phuket Hotel in Old Town Phuket, and I must say, it has a lot of charm! This older hotel has wonderful large, clean rooms and boasts a stunning rooftop pool that is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views. While my experience had many positive aspects, I did encounter a frustrating situation regarding my passports. Unfortunately, I forgot to retrieve them upon check-in. I fully acknowledge that this oversight was my responsibility, but I wish the hotel had made an effort to return them or remind me before our departure. It wasn't until we were about to leave for the airport that we realized they were missing. When I returned to the reception, I was relieved to find that the hotel still had my passports; however, the lack of communication regarding such an important item left me feeling that there was room for improvement in their guest services.

Firstly, no one to help with luggage loading or unloading. This hotel looks more like an apartment. Location sucks as it’s bit in residential locality and far from all the lovely places. No good eateries near by. Room is tiny and shower sucks. No water pressure and numerous problems in shower that we had to call plumber atleast 3 times but still issue was not fixed. Female receptionist are bit grumpy and don’t help much. The male ones are bit okay. The tours at hotel are bit expensive as well when we checked the quotes. The only decent thing was breakfast although options are bit less for vegetarians. Bed was comfortable. The room is too compact and very risky for people with kids in terms of safety from balcony as u need to watch your kids 24/7. The hotel staff was not at all helpful for us to get rental scooters or provide information when asked for. I totally DO not recommend this hotel for anyone. It’s a boring locality and nothing near by except Phuket town for which you need a taxi again. Stay near Karon or kata or patong to experience true Phuket life and avoid this pathetic hotel. We stayed for 5N and totally regret our stay and we spent quite a lot of money to visit all the buzzing places that were far from this hotel. Please avoid this hotel.
