Isara Boutique Hotel and Café
Located on Krabi Road in the heart of Phuket's Mueang district, this boutique property combines hotel accommodation with an on-site café, positioning it as a practical base for travellers focused on exploring Phuket Town rather than beach resort areas. The central location provides straightforward access to currency exchange, tour operators, local markets, cafés, and shopping, making it particularly convenient for those who prefer an urban Phuket experience. Rooms are noted as compact but functional, suiting couples or travelling companions who spend most of their time out exploring. The property offers complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits, and staff have been described by some guests as polite and helpful. The café operates daily from 07:00 to 22:00, giving guests consistent access to refreshments throughout the day. Prospective guests should approach this property with measured expectations. Recent visitor reviews indicate inconsistency in standards, with some guests raising concerns about room cleanliness, mattress quality, and housekeeping. The property appears to suit budget-conscious travellers seeking an affordable, centrally located option rather than those prioritising comfort or a premium boutique experience. Booking directly through the hotel website is recommended over third-party platforms, and reading recent reviews before confirming a reservation is advisable given the mixed feedback regarding current conditions. Peak season in Phuket runs from November through April, when early booking is particularly important.

Visitor Reviews
Rooms are little small but adequate for couples or friends. Location is awesome, all necessary amenities are available close to this hotel like currency exchange, tour package spot, cafes, shopping and 7/11. Their service is awesome as well, they give 4 bottles of water everyday and the tv was a smart tv as well which I haven't seen is most of the hotels.
I had an amazing stay! Staff were super polite and helpful. I managed to get a last minute deal and it was so affordable. The complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits was a great touch and my luggage was put in my room for me which I appreciated so much. Have to mention the smell when you walk in! Beautiful stay thank you
Isara Boutique Hotel has unfortunately seen better days. We reserved a private pool villa and, within 10 minutes of checking in, were already debating whether to leave. The café has been relocated, and the flower shop at the entrance looks tired and neglected—much like the rest of the property. The villa itself was disappointing: dingy towels, no bathroom door, plastic wrapped remotes, marks on the walls, melted candles, broken shelves, and an extremely uncomfortable mattress and pillows. One particularly odd and off-putting detail was the padlock system used to secure the room, which did not feel appropriate for a hotel of this category. We had booked three nights but chose to stay only one. It’s possible other rooms are in better condition, but we would strongly caution booking the first-floor pool villa.
