Sense Spa Phuket
Located on Vichitsongkram Road in Phuket Town, this well-regarded spa draws a steady mix of tourists and locals with a treatment menu that goes beyond standard massage to include deep sleep hair spa therapies, gua sha anti-aging facials, and professional blow-dry styling. Its positioning away from the main beach resort strips makes it a genuine neighbourhood wellness destination rather than a purely tourist-facing operation. Visitors consistently describe the atmosphere as calm and restorative from the moment they arrive, with soothing interiors that begin to ease tension before any treatment starts. The signature Sleep Bliss package combines a two-hour deep sleep head spa with a gua sha facial, while the 90-minute hair and scalp treatment incorporates back, shoulder, neck, and head massage and finishes with a professional blowout. Staff are frequently noted for their attentiveness and professionalism, contributing to an experience that feels genuinely therapeutic rather than routine. Good to know: The spa is open seven days a week from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, which suits travellers with busy daytime schedules. The Sleep Bliss package is priced at approximately 2,390 baht, though current pricing and availability for all treatments are best confirmed through the spa's website at sensespaphuket.com. Booking in advance is advisable, particularly during Phuket's peak season or when requesting a specific therapist.

Visitor Reviews
Best experience ever! Honestly, Everything about the massage was beyond amazing. Apple is the BEST! My hair felt so soft afterwards and she also does amazing blowdrys and styling! 12/10!!! ♥️
I booked the Sleep Bliss package, and it truly lived up to its name. The treatment combines a deep sleep head spa with a gua sha anti‑aging facial, and the full two hours cost about 2,390 baht. I reserved my spot the day before via WhatsApp and paid a 500 baht deposit, which was quick and easy. From the moment I arrived, the experience felt thoughtful and calming. I was welcomed with a light, refreshing cold tea and a chilled towel before changing into a wrap for the service. The facial was so relaxing that I fell asleep almost immediately—until the gua sha with the ice‑cold tools began, which felt incredible for depuffing. When it was time for the head spa, they moved me to another stall, and I drifted off again. Afterward, they brought me to the blow‑dry and styling area, and my hair has honestly never felt lighter or more nourished. I finished with a warm tea, which was a lovely touch. I had the pleasure of being treated by Cookie, who was kind, gentle, and wonderfully patient throughout the entire experience. They accept both cash and card. The only thing to note is that the location is a bit tucked away and a long walk from the main Old Town area, especially in the heat. Overall, absolutely worth it for a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
Highly recommend this to anyone who’s looking out for a relaxing experience. One feels easy relaxed by just stepping through the front door. Soothing, calming and relaxing atmosphere. Reece was very warm and hospitable right from the first interaction. I took a nap spa and it was really good. My masseuse, Apple was very pleasant and very professional who did a very good job in providing a relaxing experience. Nap Spa as the name goes, stuck true to its name. I felt asleep after few minutes. Definitely a good experience if you are in Phuket.

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
