Sense Spa Phuket
Situated on Vichitsongkram Road in Phuket Town, this well-regarded spa offers a broad menu of wellness treatments spanning traditional massage, deep sleep hair spa therapies, gua sha facials, and professional blow-dry styling. It draws a steady mix of tourists and locals, positioning itself as a versatile wellness destination rather than a purely tourist-facing operation. From the moment visitors arrive, the atmosphere is consistently described as calm and restorative, with soothing interiors that ease tension before a treatment even begins. The spa's signature offerings include the Sleep Bliss package — a two-hour combination of a deep sleep head spa and gua sha anti-aging facial — as well as 90-minute hair and scalp treatments that incorporate back, shoulder, neck, and head massage. Staff are noted for their professionalism and attentiveness, contributing to what many visitors consider a genuinely therapeutic experience rather than a routine service. Good to know: The spa operates seven days a week from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, offering genuine flexibility for travellers with full daytime schedules. Specific treatments and current pricing — including package deals such as the Sleep Bliss combination at approximately 2,390 baht — are best confirmed in advance via the spa's website at sensespaphuket.com. Booking ahead is advisable during Phuket's peak tourist season, particularly for longer treatments or preferred therapists.

Best experience ever! Honestly, Everything about the massage was beyond amazing. Apple is the BEST! My hair felt so soft afterwards and she also does amazing blowdrys and styling! 12/10!!! ♥️
I booked the Sleep Bliss package, and it truly lived up to its name. The treatment combines a deep sleep head spa with a gua sha anti‑aging facial, and the full two hours cost about 2,390 baht. I reserved my spot the day before via WhatsApp and paid a 500 baht deposit, which was quick and easy. From the moment I arrived, the experience felt thoughtful and calming. I was welcomed with a light, refreshing cold tea and a chilled towel before changing into a wrap for the service. The facial was so relaxing that I fell asleep almost immediately—until the gua sha with the ice‑cold tools began, which felt incredible for depuffing. When it was time for the head spa, they moved me to another stall, and I drifted off again. Afterward, they brought me to the blow‑dry and styling area, and my hair has honestly never felt lighter or more nourished. I finished with a warm tea, which was a lovely touch. I had the pleasure of being treated by Cookie, who was kind, gentle, and wonderfully patient throughout the entire experience. They accept both cash and card. The only thing to note is that the location is a bit tucked away and a long walk from the main Old Town area, especially in the heat. Overall, absolutely worth it for a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
Highly recommend this to anyone who’s looking out for a relaxing experience. One feels easy relaxed by just stepping through the front door. Soothing, calming and relaxing atmosphere. Reece was very warm and hospitable right from the first interaction. I took a nap spa and it was really good. My masseuse, Apple was very pleasant and very professional who did a very good job in providing a relaxing experience. Nap Spa as the name goes, stuck true to its name. I felt asleep after few minutes. Definitely a good experience if you are in Phuket.

Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
