Three Monkeys Restaurant
Three Monkeys Restaurant stands out in Phuket for its architecture alone — a multi-level structure designed to resemble a small village built among the treetops, giving diners the feeling of eating within a jungle canopy. Guests can choose seating at different heights throughout the open-air space, and live acoustic music plays regularly, adding to the relaxed, atmospheric setting. The venue functions as both a restaurant and bar, making it well suited to everything from a casual family lunch to a late-night celebration. The kitchen draws consistent praise from visitors for producing dishes that are flavorful, fresh, and carefully prepared. The space is large enough to accommodate groups and special occasions, and the long daily operating hours — 10:00 AM to 1:00 AM every day of the week — give considerable flexibility for both daytime and evening visits. Pricing sits at the upscale end of the scale, so it is worth factoring that into the budget before arriving. Good to know: Three Monkeys operates an online queue registration system rather than traditional reservations, which means walk-in visitors may face a wait during busy periods. Anyone planning to visit on a weekend evening or for a group celebration is strongly advised to register online before arriving. Current menu details and queue registration are available at threemonkeysphuket.com.

Visitor Reviews
We had the most amazing experience at Three Monkeys Phuket! From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The food was absolutely incredible — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable for the quality and atmosphere, which made the experience even better. The drinks were just as impressive — creative, refreshing, and perfectly made. We chose the anniversary package, and it truly exceeded our expectations. I received the most beautiful flowers along with a bottle of prosecco, which made the evening feel so romantic and thoughtful. The whole setup was stunning and created such a memorable celebration for us. A special thank you to our waitress, Rena, who was so attentive and friendly throughout the evening. She made sure everything was perfect and really added to the overall experience with her warm and welcoming service. Highly recommend Three Monkeys Phuket for a special occasion or even just a lovely night out!
My family had dinner with 3 Monkey Restaurant. Honestly the best. Great for lunch or dinner, casual or party. This is one of the best places we have eaten and we go everywhere. We sat in the Monkey Hill section, a private table up the stairs from one of the main table space. It's best to book a table online before going because seats sell out but that money goes towards your food bill. All the staff are great but Jerry is the best!! He was our personal waiter, photographer, and bodyguard. I hope he becomes manager next time we see him definitely well deserved. The food was really good. The atmosphere is beautiful and at night everything lights up. And right next door is Hanuman World where we spent a awesome time before coming to dinner. If we ever come back to Thailand this is the very first place we are going. Thankyou for a great night :) Definitely recommend!!
Had such a lovely experience here! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. Every dish was prepared really well and you can tell a lot of care goes into the cooking. The atmosphere was also great. A special thank you to Jerry who provided amazing service throughout the visit. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect for us. Staff like Jerry really make the dining experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Tips for Visiting Restaurants & Food
Learn the Spice Scale
Say 'mai pet' for no spice, 'pet nit noi' for a little spice, or 'pet mak' if you want it Thai-hot. Most cooks will default to a toned-down version for foreigners unless you specify otherwise.
Follow the Crowds
The busiest street stalls are almost always the best — high turnover means fresh ingredients and a recipe that locals vouch for. An empty restaurant at dinner time is a red flag.
Ice Is Safe
Factory-made tube or cylinder ice (used in virtually all restaurants and stalls) is made from purified water and is safe to consume. You don't need to skip the iced Thai tea.
