We’ve had such a beautiful stay at the Dusit Thani Resort in Krabi. From the moment we arrived, the service has been warm, genuine and consistently attentive – the kind that really makes you feel welcome and relaxed. A special thank you to See, Fit and Name in the Club Room, who went out of their way to make every visit feel personal and effortless. Their friendliness, attention to detail and willingness to help with anything made the Club experience truly special. If you’re considering it, we would definitely recommend paying the little extra for the Club Rooms. The Club Lounge experience really elevates the stay, and the service from the team makes it exceptional. Add, Lee & the rest of the team at the pool bar were also fantastic – always greeting guests with a smile and delivering such friendly, easygoing service that perfectly matches the relaxed Krabi vibe. We also treated ourselves to time at the spa (Hamman & Facial) which were absolutely lovely. The setting is peaceful and beautifully designed, and the treatments by Rung & Ning were incredibly relaxing – the perfect way to unwind while surrounded by the natural beauty of Krabi. We had a fantastic stay at Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort. The resort is in a beautiful beachfront location, with a relaxed atmosphere, excellent pools, and well-maintained grounds that make it easy to unwind from the moment you arrive. We chose a room with Club access, and it was worth every cent. The extra comfort, private lounge access, added service, and refreshments throughout the day really lifted the whole experience and made the stay feel even more special. The staff were outstanding throughout, always friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Breakfast had a great selection, the room was very comfortable, and overall the resort delivered exactly what you hope for in a quality beach getaway. We would happily stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff made us feel very welcome from the outset. The food was lovely in the restaurant and the breakfast choice was very good. Our room was extremely conformable with a great bathroom and shower. The setting was peaceful and the facilities were all well kept. We wish we could of stayed longer.
