Ao Nang beach

Ao Nang beach is a clean, relaxing beach with a road running parallel to it, lined with plenty of beachfront cafés and shops just across the street. The soft sand makes it perfect for a peaceful stroll or for playing around during low tide, and there’s convenient street parking nearby. You’ll also find a few swings hanging from the trees, adding a charming touch to the atmosphere. Though it isn’t a white-sand beach, it’s kept tidy and offers a great mix of chill vibes and activity. The water is inviting for a swim, and the area naturally draws interesting people from all over the world. Sunsets here are especially breathtaking. Be sure to catch the fire show around 6 PM it’s free, but the performers rely on tips and truly earn them. While I didn’t spot any changing rooms or toilets, the experience is still well worth it. You can also hop on a boat to Raleigh Island from the far end of the beach.

This beach is a pleasant spot, particularly for spending the evening. During the day, there wasn't much activity, and unfortunately, it rained for most of Nov 24th, limiting what we could do. The atmosphere later on was good, especially with the fire shows. The shows were entertaining and a good effort, but the coordination between the performers and the music was visibly lacking. Overall, a decent place to relax and enjoy the night.

It's a long beach with plenty of space to enjoy the sunset. Don't miss the nightly fireshow which was quite entertaining. Not a beach i would sunbake or swim in as the sand is quite coarse and it's very busy with lots of tourists and longboats.
