Repeat customer here! I first used Canary Travel back in 2018 when I visited Bangkok with my in-laws, and they did such a great job that I booked with them again this year. Once again, they didn’t disappoint! Chan was very patient and responsive to all my questions, making the planning smooth and stress-free. The tour package was really worth it — the price was just right for our budget, and the service was excellent. Our tour guide, Siri, was amazing! She explained the history of each temple so well and kept the energy high throughout the day — our family was laughing and having fun the whole time. She also took really nice photos of us, which we truly appreciated. A big thanks as well to our driver, Mr. Noi, who knew the roads like the back of his hand and always made sure the car was nice and cool before we got in — a lifesaver in Bangkok’s heat! Overall, it was such a memorable trip, especially for my parents. Thank you again, Canary Travel, for making our experience so special. Will definitely book with you again in the future! What a fantastic day. Pickup at hotel on time, great English descriptions of our trip and throughout the day. Nothing was too much trouble. Our guide and driver looked after us so well. We tried local food we wouldn’t have dared without their guidance. Amazing knowledge of the Thai culture shred with us. The rest of our trip will be remembering this day. Would recommend highly. Pick up time was prompt. Van was very clean, roomy, and comfortable; my group took a nap on the way back to the hotel. Driver and guide both friendly and helpful. I liked that we had free time to shop and explore on our own. Definitely the way to do the Maeklong railway and floating markets. No worries, no hassle!
