Thailanta Kaosan Massage
Tucked along Tani Road in Bangkok's historic Phra Nakhon district, this massage venue has built a loyal following among travellers based in the Khao San Road area. What sets it apart is a team of therapists who bring real precision to their work — visitors regularly return multiple times during a single trip, and certain therapists are singled out by name in reviews for their ability to address specific problem areas effectively. The menu centres on traditional Thai techniques, with the Thai massage with Thai balm drawing consistent praise for both its therapeutic quality and the professionalism of the staff delivering it. The one-hour foot massage has its own dedicated following, and sessions typically close with a short neck and back massage — a small finishing touch that leaves a strong impression. The space is clean and relaxed, offering an accessible, no-frills environment without feeling rushed or impersonal. Good to know: Specific opening hours and pricing are not listed online, so it is worth stopping by in person or enquiring directly to confirm current availability and rates. The venue is close to one of Bangkok's busiest tourist corridors and can fill quickly, particularly in the evenings and during peak travel seasons — arriving earlier in the day improves the chances of securing a preferred therapist. Traditional Thai massage is performed fully clothed, so wearing or bringing loose, comfortable clothing will make for a more comfortable session.

Visitor Reviews
If you like your Thai massage strong, I hope Pha will give you a massage. Last night I had the best massage in my life with her. I feel like she fixed every problem in my body and she even fixed the ones I didn’t even know they exist. The only thing is I didn’t know foot massage is not included at all in Thai massage. Maybe next time I should book thai massage + foot massage. So if you want them to massage your feet too, don’t choose Thai massage only.
I would definitely recommend, I had such an amazing massage experience here. I came here everyday, because their service was sooooo good. If you need a good professional massage, then definitely come here. The staff is super kind, caring and are very respectfull. I also got a cute gift, which was super sweet of them. Definitely come here if you go to Thailand!!!🫶🫶🥰
I definitely commend and recommend this spa! It was the best massage I’ve had in years. Satisfaction guaranteed for every customer! It’s really worth more than what you’ve paid for and this is something you shouldn’t miss when visiting Bangkok. Thanks to my friend who brought me here. Would surely come back when I get the chance to visit again!

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
