Zenza Massage & Spa Chiang mai
Situated on Rachadamnoen Road within Chiang Mai's historic old city, this spa offers a range of massage and wellness treatments in a calm, professionally run setting. Its central location places it within easy walking distance of the old city's temples, guesthouses, and night markets, making it a convenient stop before or after a day of sightseeing. The venue draws a steady mix of locals and travellers looking to experience traditional Thai therapeutic techniques alongside contemporary spa treatments. Visitors can expect a relaxed, clean atmosphere with courteous staff and complimentary tea served alongside treatments. Popular options include oil aromatherapy massage and traditional Thai massage, with therapists noted for their professionalism and attentiveness. As with most spas, individual experiences can vary depending on the therapist, so it is worth communicating your preferences clearly at the time of booking or arrival. Visitor Reviews
My wonderful trip in Chiang Mai , Have very pretty spa and look very clean next to hotel at walking street very good location and I immediately understood what a professional Thai massage feels like. Even though it costs so reasonable, it’s absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely be back—see you again, Zenza Massage&Spa ❤️ I will come back again soon
I had a 90-minute oil massage and it was absolutely wonderful. My masseuse, Noi, was lovely, very professional, and made the whole experience incredibly relaxing. They also served complimentary tea before and after the treatment, along with some traditional sweets, which was a really nice touch. ☺️
My friend and I had a very good and relaxing time here. The aromatic massage was pleasant and gentle. The food and tea were also tasty. Most importantly, the receptionist was very kind, friendly, and sweet 😍🥰 We enjoyed here so much and highly recommend you to try it ☺️

Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
