LINDA Thai Massage Chiang Mai
Tucked along Jhaban Road in the Si Phum area of central Chiang Mai, this massage clinic has earned a strong reputation among both first-time visitors and returning guests seeking authentic Thai therapeutic treatments. Reviewers consistently highlight the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, the quiet and clean environment, and the quality of the massage work itself, with several noting it as one of the better experiences they have had in Thailand. Guests can choose from traditional Thai massage, foot and calf massage, and relaxing oil massage, with sessions available in shorter or longer durations to suit different schedules. The atmosphere is calm and unhurried, and the clinic adds a welcoming touch by serving tea and sweets after treatments. The space is noted as suitable for a range of clients, including those who are pregnant, making it a thoughtful option for travellers with specific needs. Good to know: Opening hours are not listed online, so it is worth calling ahead or visiting in person to confirm availability and book a time slot. During peak tourist season in Chiang Mai, particularly between November and February, advance booking is recommended. Thai massage is performed fully clothed, so wearing or bringing loose, comfortable clothing will make the experience more comfortable. The clinic does not appear to offer face massage, so visitors seeking that specific treatment should enquire before booking.

Visitor Reviews
After one hour of heavenly massage I feel like reborn. The service is impeccable, they are very kind and very good masseuses! One of the best I tried in Thailand. Very adecuate for pregnant women as well!
Fantastic stretch and calm atmosphere, they have offered also some tea with cookies. No face massage but great for Thai and foot one!
I had such a wonderful experience here both times I came! The first time I got a 30 minute foot and calf massage and the second time I got a 60 minute Thai massage. This was my second Thai massage ever and it was wonderful! So different from my first one I got elsewhere that was pretty painful. I selected light pressure and it was perfect, one of the best massages I’ve had! Highly recommend if you want a more gentle Thai massage experience! I had the same masseuse both times (name pronounced similar to see-noan) and she was so wonderful! Also very reasonably priced. Can’t go wrong here!
Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
