CRU Champagne Bar is high up in the Centara Grand hotel at CentralWorld, above Ratchaprasong's malls, and two of the Bangkok rooftop lists I checked include it, along with Hotels.com's. The menu is built around champagne, with cocktails and small plates alongside.

It shares the building with Red Sky, the hotel's bigger rooftop restaurant and bar, so the two make an easy pair for a sunset drink and dinner without leaving the tower.
