KLINIQ WELLNESS SPA CentralwOrld

4.9(1,110 reviews)

Tucked into the fifth floor of CentralWorld, one of Bangkok's largest and most central shopping complexes, this upscale wellness spa offers a genuine retreat from the city's pace without requiring guests to travel far from the Pathum Wan hotel and tourist precinct. The spa draws a loyal clientele of both visitors and Bangkok residents, with a consistently strong reputation for professionalism and attention to detail. Treatments include therapeutic oil massage, Gua Sha facial massage, and full body massage sessions, delivered in an environment that guests regularly describe as calm, clean, and luxurious. Therapists are frequently praised by name in reviews for their skill and attentiveness, suggesting a stable and well-trained team. A small but appreciated touch noted by several visitors is the complimentary mango sticky rice served as part of the experience, adding a local flavour to the post-treatment wind-down. Good to know: The spa operates every day from 10am to 10pm, making it easy to slot a session around sightseeing, shopping, or dinner plans. Booking ahead is advisable, particularly on weekends when CentralWorld attracts large crowds and walk-in availability may be limited. The mall location means parking, BTS Skytrain access via Chit Lom or Siam stations, and a wide range of dining options are all on hand before or after your appointment. Visit the spa's website to review the full treatment menu and arrange reservations in advance.

I came for the very first time for Gua Sha facial massage. The vibe’s incredible, great refreshment and amazing mango sticky rice! 🤩 Staff are professional, too. For sure it’s worth your time!

I had the most wonderful full body massage here, and it honestly exceeded all my expectations. My therapist, Orathai, was absolutely amazing — so gentle, attentive, and professional throughout the session. I walked out feeling lighter, relaxed, and genuinely cared for. And the best part? They surprised me with mango sticky rice at the end. Such a thoughtful touch and the perfect way to finish the experience. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Kliniq Wellness Spa, I availed the Gua Sha facial massage. My therapist was P’Koop Kai (I’m not sure if I spelled her name correctly), but she was such a lovely and kind lady. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the session, and I could really tell she was skilled and attentive. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating, just what i needed for this trip. The ambiance of the spa was perfect, calm, clean, and soothing, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would definitely come back again. ✨

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas

Learn Wat Pho First

Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.

Communicate Pressure Preferences

Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.

Book Longer Sessions

A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
