KLINIQ WELLNESS SPA CentralwOrld
Located on the fifth floor of CentralWorld in the heart of Pathum Wan, this upscale wellness spa offers a genuine escape from Bangkok's pace without straying far from the city's main shopping and tourist corridor. The spa has built a strong following among both visitors and Bangkok residents, with consistently high praise for its calm atmosphere, immaculate surroundings, and the professionalism of its therapist team — several of whom are singled out by name in guest reviews, pointing to a stable and attentive workforce. The treatment menu includes therapeutic oil massage, full body massage, and Gua Sha facial massage, all delivered in an environment that guests regularly describe as classy and deeply relaxing. A complimentary serving of mango sticky rice is offered as part of the post-treatment experience, a small local touch that adds warmth to the wind-down. Good to know: The spa opens daily from 10am to 10pm, making it straightforward to work a session around sightseeing or dinner plans. Advance booking is strongly recommended, particularly on weekends when CentralWorld draws large crowds and walk-in availability can be limited. The mall location is well served by the BTS Skytrain, with Chit Lom and Siam stations both within easy reach, and a wide range of dining options are available in the complex before or after an appointment. Treatment menus and reservations are accessible through the spa's website.

Reviews from Google
I came for the very first time for Gua Sha facial massage. The vibe’s incredible, great refreshment and amazing mango sticky rice! 🤩 Staff are professional, too. For sure it’s worth your time!
I had a wonderful experience at Kliniq Wellness Spa, I availed the Gua Sha facial massage. My therapist was P’Koop Kai (I’m not sure if I spelled her name correctly), but she was such a lovely and kind lady. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the session, and I could really tell she was skilled and attentive. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating, just what i needed for this trip. The ambiance of the spa was perfect, calm, clean, and soothing, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would definitely come back again. ✨
The spa is clean and very nice. The ambience is great and relaxing. I had a very nice 90 mts massage. Felt so good. My therapist is Biw. Very professional. One of the best that I had. The Mango sticky rice after the massage is good too!! I will go back.

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
