반타이마사지 BanThai Masaje
Three hundred baht for sixty minutes of Thai massage, near Khao San and walkable from the old city temples, and the stretching is the real thing rather than a watered-down version for tourists. That's the case for this place in a sentence. What people keep coming back to, though, isn't the price. It's the way you get treated: clean Thai clothes handed over warm, a cold juice on arrival, tea and fruit afterwards, sometimes a small gift like a coin purse.
It's a small shop, decorated with a bit of fantasy about it, and the therapists work quietly. If you've had a Thai massage where two staff chatted over your head the whole hour, this is the antidote. Regular visitors who've been stretched half to death elsewhere say the pressure here stays firm without tipping into pain, which makes it a fair first Thai massage for anyone nervous about the joint cracking.

It was an extraordinary experience taking a massage with Mem, super pro and extra involved. The whole place is surrounded by a great vibe, everything extra clean. And what can I say about the decoration of the place which seems taken from a Disney movie! They gave me a clean & hot Thai clothes and the plus of the welcome cold juice and the hot tea plus fruit and banana chips were the cherry of the cake! I highly recommend this awesome massage place! I’m going back to Bangkok in some days and don’t doubt about taking either 1 or massages per day! 🧚♀️
Great massage at this little place in Bangkok right near our hotel. Staff are very friendly. 60 min massage was only 300 TB which was great! If we had been here longer we would definitely have gone back. Little notes make it super cute too!
Amazing massage place, with friendly and happy (and competent!) personnel! Love the energy here and you are beigk treated like a king/queen with some little gifts and snacks all around. I will come back when I return to Bangkok!

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
