วัตสัน ปาย : WATSONS PAI : Click & Collect
For travellers passing through the laid-back mountain town of Pai who find themselves running low on personal care essentials, this Watsons branch offers a reliable one-stop solution. As the only dedicated drugstore and beauty retailer in the area, it carries a broad selection of skincare, haircare, and cosmetics products spanning Western, Japanese, and Korean brands — a range that is notably difficult to find elsewhere in this part of Mae Hong Son province. Visitors can expect a well-stocked store with affordable pricing and occasional checkout promotions that make stocking up worthwhile. The product range caters to a varied international clientele, covering everyday personal care items alongside more premium cosmetic options. The shop is part of the wider Watsons Thailand chain, so those familiar with the brand elsewhere in the country will find a consistent experience here. Good to know: the store operates a Click & Collect service through the Watsons Thailand website, which is useful for travellers who want to reserve specific products before arriving in Pai. Opening hours run daily from 10:00 to 21:00, making it easy to visit in the evening after exploring the town. As with many small-town branches, service quality can vary, so patience at the checkout is advisable during busier periods.

Visitor Reviews
The only Drug - Makeup - Bodycare store in Pai offering to an international and more exigent type of travelers (mostly from China) a large choice of good and affordable * European-Swiss and International products. They regularly run promotions like Buy1Get2 or 1Bath Articles You can ask for a fidelity Card with other offers. Unfortunately none of the otherwise very friendly and trained staff ( to be not pushy) has any real command in English. * affordable compared to high end products but more expensive in Thailand then in Europe due to high import taxes.
Convenient and has just about every personal care and skin item you could need. Friendly staff and good prices and always an at-checkout bargain offer.
Sooo much skin care hair care and cosmetics!❤️ Well stocked with a ton of western, Japanese and Korean Options Great variety

Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
