Central Pattaya
Six floors, all the leading brands, and enough restaurants and food courts that you can lose an afternoon here without meaning to. That's the appeal. It sits right by the beach in the middle of town, easy to reach on foot or by taxi, and it's the sort of place you retreat to when the heat wins. Reviewers rate the food courts in particular, including an Asian zone where you order from individual stalls into a shared dining area, plus a big cinema and the usual coffee chains.
Pricing sits mid-range across most of it, so it works for both a proper shop and a bottle of sunscreen. One genuine annoyance: people selling in the foyer can be pushy. Walk past, don't engage, and it's a non-issue. If you want quiet, weekday mornings are the calmest, though the main mall keeps late hours and turns into an evening spot once the beach empties out.

Reviews from Google
Central Pattaya is one of the best shopping malls in the city and a very reliable choice if you want everything in one place. The mall is modern, clean, and well maintained, with a layout that makes it easy to walk around without feeling crowded or confused. Its central location is a major plus, as it is easy to reach by foot, taxi, or public transport. The shopping options are extensive. There is a wide mix of international brands, local stores, fashion, electronics, beauty shops, and a well stocked supermarket. Whether you need something specific or just want to browse, the mall works well for both. The common areas are spacious, and overall the place feels comfortable and properly managed. Dining is another strong point. You can choose between quick bites, food court options, cafés, and full service restaurants. There is something for every taste and budget, making it suitable for families, couples, or groups of friends. It is also a great place to cool down and relax after walking around Pattaya. For entertainment, the cinema is a solid option and easy to combine with shopping or dining. The mall really functions as a complete lifestyle destination rather than just a place to shop. It is especially useful during hot days or rainy weather. Comfort and cleanliness stand out. The air conditioning is strong, restrooms are clean, and security is visible without being excessive. The overall atmosphere feels safe, organized, and welcoming. The best time to visit is in the afternoon or evening, when the atmosphere is lively and enjoyable. It can get busy on weekends, but that is expected for a popular mall of this size. Visiting earlier in the day is a good option if you prefer a calmer experience. Overall, Central Pattaya is an excellent mall that consistently delivers. If you are visiting or living in Pattaya and want a high quality shopping, dining, and entertainment experience in one place, this is one of the top choices in the area.
Central Pattaya (Central Pattaya) is an amazing shopping mall and definitely a must-visit while in Pattaya. It offers a huge variety of international and local brands, great restaurants, cafés, and entertainment options all in one place. The mall is modern, clean, and very well organized. I especially loved the food court and restaurants with ocean views — perfect for a break after shopping. There are also cinemas, coffee shops, and plenty of places to relax. The location is excellent, right by the beach and easy to reach from anywhere in Pattaya. Whether you want shopping, dining, or just to escape the heat, Central Pattaya is the perfect spot. Highly recommended!
It’s never to busy but main mall opens at 11am although you can go down escalators to tops supermarket earlier& there are also chemists & restaurants open down escalators. It’s on 6 floors so gives impression of space. All leading brands are there & 2 x Starbucks as well as plenty of places to eat. It is one of the few places you can pay by card & not get charged. People selling along foyer can be very pushy. Not all but some. Tip. Use 2nd road entrance if using transport. Beach road & 2nd road are a very long circle so get out 2nd road & get transport back beach road entrance & visa versus if coming from other way.

Tips for Visiting Markets & Shopping
Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
