On Massage
Tucked into the relaxed hillside town of Pai, this massage salon has built a strong reputation among travellers for attentive, skilled therapy at genuinely accessible prices. Sessions start at 250 baht for 60 minutes of traditional Thai massage, making it one of the more affordable wellness stops in a town already known for its laid-back, health-conscious atmosphere. Therapists are noted for their professionalism and willingness to listen — visitors report that staff take time to understand specific problem areas before treatment, resulting in sessions that feel personalised rather than routine. English is spoken well, which helps first-timers or those with particular needs communicate comfortably. A small but appreciated touch: guests are served ginger tea, water, banana, and cookies after their treatment, rounding off the experience on a warm, hospitable note. Good to know: Pai is a small town where opening hours can be informal and vary by season, so arriving during daylight hours or checking in advance is worthwhile. The town sees a noticeable influx of visitors between November and February during the cooler season, which may mean busier booking periods. Wear or bring comfortable, loose clothing, as you will change for treatments. As with most massage establishments in Pai, cash payment in Thai baht is advisable since card facilities are not guaranteed.

Visitor Reviews
The best massage I got throughout my three weeks in Thailand and probably my life. I showed them exactly where my knots were before my back, neck, and shoulder massage and they truly listened and focused on those areas. I still think of that woman every day…
A great place! A fantastic massage, with super-friendly staff who spoke excellent English. And ginger tea, water and mini cookies to finish! With prices starting from THB 250 ($7) for 60 minutes, this place is a must! Will go again (and again!).
All the therapists are very friendly and professional. Their massage really release our body pressure, feel relaxed. Too bad that we meet them on our last night. Will visit again if we have chance to come back to Pai!
Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
