Atlas Central
Situated on Chai Songkhram Road in the heart of Pai, Atlas Central operates as a hybrid lodging option offering both private rooms and dormitory-style accommodation. The property draws consistent praise for its cleanliness, with private rooms described by guests as spacious, modern, and well-maintained — a standout in a town where accommodation quality can vary considerably. The on-site setup also includes cafe and food options, making it a convenient base for travellers who want everything close at hand. The staff are a recurring highlight in guest feedback, with multiple visitors noting the team's warmth, responsiveness, and willingness to go out of their way — including accommodating late-night arrivals in difficult circumstances. The central location puts guests within easy reach of Pai's activities, walking streets, and surrounding natural attractions. That said, prospective dorm guests should note that the dormitory layout has drawn criticism, with some long-term travellers finding the room design less practical than expected. For the best experience, those prioritising comfort and space are better served by booking a private room rather than a dorm bed. Pai is a popular destination, particularly during the cool season from November to February, so booking in advance during peak periods is advisable. No official website is listed, so reservations are best made through a third-party booking platform.

Visitor Reviews
This hotel saved us. We came in past hours after a leaving a nightmare hostel and the folks at Atlas Central still took care of us and gave us a room despite it being so late. They were super hospitable and the room was very clean and the property quiet. They even helped us out with our laundry the next morning after we checked out. I’d strongly recommend staying here. Thank you Atlas Central.
By far the best private room I’ve stayed in Asia. The rooms are really modern and clean. The location is great too. The receptionists were really lovely and welcoming. There are loads of activities you can book from the reception at a great price. I wish I could’ve stayed longer!
stayed at Atlas Central ( Private room) Pai and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is very clean, the room and bathroom are spacious, and the staff are truly exceptional, always kind, responsive, and happy to help with any request. There’s also a nice pool, and the location is excellent: close to the main street yet still quiet. That said, there are a few points for improvement. The room is very minimalistic, The room is big but with almost no space to place clothes or a suitcase, and the bathroom lacks a shelf for toiletries. The mattress was quite hard and not very comfortable for me. Also, there is no daily cleaning service which I don’t mind but it does mean having to request every little thing, which felt a bit uncomfortable at times. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I’m not entirely sure the value fully matches the price.
