Market Village Huahin
The basement food court is the reason to come. Cheap Thai and international street food, a Dairy Queen for a soft serve when the heat gets silly, and prices that won't make you wince. Plenty of people wander in for one errand and leave two hours later, which tells you most of what you need to know about the place.
Upstairs it's a proper regional mall with over 150 shops and services: fashion, tech, beauty, pharmacies, a full supermarket, and a cinema for the hours when the sun is at its worst. Familiar international names sit next to small Thai businesses. It isn't trying to be luxury, and I'd say it's better for that. There are ATMs and currency exchange counters on site, which is handy if you've just arrived in Hua Hin. During high season a beer garden sets up in the plaza out front with live music and food stalls, and it runs for weeks rather than a night or two. Live music sometimes turns up near the main entrance on ordinary weekdays as well.

The bottom floor street food level kept me well fed. And DQ satisfied my craving for an inexpensive soft serve ice cream cone. Shopping, services, food, air conditioning. This place has it all without being too pretentious. ATMs as well as foreign currency exchanges are available.
A doable shopping centre with a mixture of familar brands and small businesses. There is also a food court at basement level which ia value for money. Bonus live music at the entrance of mall when i was there even on a weekday.

Tips for Visiting Markets & Shopping
Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
