The Exotic Cannabis
Situated on Chaweng Beach Road in the heart of Koh Samui's main tourist strip, The Exotic Cannabis is a dedicated cannabis retail store offering a broad selection of products to suit a range of budgets. The shop stands out for its competitive pricing compared to nearby competitors, with visitors noting that both flower and accessories such as rolling papers are priced noticeably lower than comparable outlets in the area. Drinks and beer are also available on-site, making it a relaxed stop rather than a purely transactional one. The atmosphere leans casual and welcoming, with a comfortable smoking area where visitors can sit and unwind. Staff, including the owner, are frequently praised for being knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely attentive to customers. The combination of a laid-back vibe, good music, and helpful service gives the space more of a lounge feel than a typical retail environment. The shop is open every day from 12:30 to 23:30, making it a practical option for an afternoon or evening visit. Located at 167/67 Room 4-5 Chaweng Beach Rd in Tambon Bo Put, it is reasonably accessible from most accommodation along the Chaweng strip. As cannabis regulations in Thailand continue to evolve, visitors are advised to check the current legal framework before their trip to ensure compliance with any updated rules around purchase and consumption.

Visitor Reviews
Just nipping in to buy papers and I was pleasantly surprised. I was meet by a very friendly young man. Raw paper were only 60. The shop on a few feet away wants 120. His weed is a good price too. I didn't buy any as I'm travel home very soon. Beware of the big prices out there when the good prices are around the next corner.
Great selection Excellent price range. Something here for all budgets The budtender was super helpful and friendly! Smoking area is comfortable, i could chill here all day. Dwfinitely worth visiting if you're ever on the island
Best cannabis shop in Samui, and M (the owner) is amazing!!!!! Cheapest prices, great weed! I highly recommend The Exotic. Thank you M for looking after myself and my friend Desi, it's been a pleasure. ❤️

Tips for Visiting Markets & Shopping
Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
