Dusita Spa 2
Tucked into the quieter Bo Put area of Koh Samui, this spa has earned a strong following among both international visitors and Thai nationals for its skilled therapists and unhurried atmosphere. The treatment menu spans traditional Thai massage, head massage, hair spa, and nail services, making it a versatile option for travellers looking to recover from long days of island exploration or simply take time to decompress. Therapists are consistently praised for their attentiveness and ability to tailor pressure and focus areas to individual needs. Named staff members including Noey, Sare, and Ms. Hai appear across multiple positive reviews, suggesting a team that brings genuine care and technical ability to each session. Treatment rooms are described by guests as cosy and clean, giving the experience a personal rather than clinical feel. Those considering nail services should note that at least one visitor reported dissatisfaction with nail treatment quality, so it is worth discussing expectations with staff before booking. Bo Put sits away from the busier stretch of Chaweng Beach while remaining close to local restaurants and amenities, making the surrounding area easy to navigate before or after a session. Booking in advance is advisable, particularly during the peak season between December and February when demand across the island is at its highest. Arriving a few minutes early allows time to complete any check-in formalities and settle into the environment before a treatment begins.

Visitor Reviews
I’m Thai, and even after trying so many spas and massages in Bangkok, this experience at Dusita is truly beyond expectations. Best local spa in Samui. I came for a head massage+hair spa and it was so relaxing that I fell asleep. My hair looked amazing after the treatment, so I continued with a foot massage and neck–shoulder massage as well. Very good value for money. The staff name “Som” was excellent! highly skilled and very attentive from the hair spa to the leg massage. Highly recommended.
Dusota Spa is one of the best so far. Room is cozy. Spa therapiest Ms Hai massage technique is good and she is very skillful. I feel very relaxed during the 2 hrs. She is also very attentive. When she heard thay my stomach is bloated, she prepared hot ginger tea for me and I feel better after that. 5 🌟 for her hospitality. Will definitely recommend her ans Dusita Spa to others!
I had an amazing massage with Noey – truly a five‑star experience. The pressure was perfect, she listened carefully to where I needed attention, and my whole body felt relaxed and tension‑free afterwards. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and Noey was very professional, friendly, and skilled. I highly recommend her and will definitely come back again

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
