Midnight closing is the detail worth knowing here. Doors open at 10:00 and stay open until 00:00, seven days a week, which makes this one of the few places on Samui where you can book a two-hour massage after dinner and still not feel rushed. Handy if you've spent the day on a boat and only realise how sore you are at nine at night.
The strength is the therapists, not the decor. Reviewers name names, Noey, Sare, Som and Ms Hai come up again and again, and the common thread is pressure adjusted to what you ask for rather than a set routine. One Thai guest who'd worked through the Bangkok spa circuit rated the head massage and hair spa highly enough to stay on for foot and neck-shoulder work. Rooms get called cosy and clean rather than luxurious, which sounds about right for the money.
The nails are the weak spot. One customer paid 600 baht for a BIAB removal and OPI colour and came away with no shaping, no cuticle care and polish layered on without drying time. Come for the massage, get your nails done elsewhere.

I’m Thai, and even after trying so many spas and massages in Bangkok, this experience at Dusita is truly beyond expectations. Best local spa in Samui. I came for a head massage+hair spa and it was so relaxing that I fell asleep. My hair looked amazing after the treatment, so I continued with a foot massage and neck–shoulder massage as well. Very good value for money. The staff name “Som” was excellent! highly skilled and very attentive from the hair spa to the leg massage. Highly recommended.
I had an amazing massage with Noey – truly a five‑star experience. The pressure was perfect, she listened carefully to where I needed attention, and my whole body felt relaxed and tension‑free afterwards. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and Noey was very professional, friendly, and skilled. I highly recommend her and will definitely come back again
Staff were nice but qualify of nails not great. Paid 600 baht for BIAB removal and OPI nail colour. I mainly needed my biab removing as it was outgrown. My nail integrity was completely destroyed, something that had been protected by the biab. No shaping of my nails (thankfully the previous salon I got my biab done had shaped them really well so kept their shape) also no cuticle care so they already look grown out. Also there was no wait time to dry the layers of polish, just added layers ontop, therefore the polish has been smushed and damaged and is still wet and will not dry. A little extra care and time would have made this experience really good.
