Reviews from Google
Highly recommend Good Life Dacha for anyone visiting Pai! The location is excellent — right near the river and the park, which makes it very peaceful and convenient. The staff are kind, polite, and always helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. During my stay, the shared bathroom and toilet facilities were always very clean and well maintained. There is a kitchen on the cottage grounds if you want to cook for yourself. Personally, I enjoyed meals at the Good Life Dacha restaurant every day for 5 days — the food was fresh and absolutely delicious. Special thanks to Mr. Konstantin for being so kind, welcoming, and attentive to me and my friend 🙏🏻
I went for the infrared and steam saunas as well as the ice bath, went 2 days in a row, great space, free herbal teas.and towels, showers and soap, highly recommended for deep relaxation and recovery
The hottest steam sauna I've ever been to. Great food and service. Super fair prices.

Tips for Visiting Activities & Tours
Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Popular Activities Online
Booking platforms like GetYourGuide give you instant confirmation and, on many activities, free cancellation — and you can read recent reviews before committing. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
