Tucked into the mountain town of Pai, this massage studio has built a strong following among both travellers and locals on the strength of its practitioners' long-standing expertise. The therapists — several of whom have 10 to 15 years of experience — specialise in traditional Thai massage techniques, with a focus on genuine therapeutic bodywork rather than a watered-down tourist experience. Named therapists Pat and Mai are frequently mentioned by returning visitors. The atmosphere is welcoming from the moment guests arrive. Sessions are framed by small but thoughtful touches: a salt foot wash at the start, tea and cookies at the end, and a warm greeting throughout. Treatments range from deep Thai massage to foot massage, and the therapists are known for their attentiveness to individual needs, whether that means working through travel fatigue or targeting specific areas of tension. The overall experience is consistently described as unhurried and professional. Good to know: Pricing is not listed online, so it is worth stopping by in person or asking at your accommodation to confirm availability before planning your visit. Booking ahead is advisable during peak tourist season, particularly around November and the cooler months when Pai sees higher visitor numbers. The studio is located at 974/4 in the Pai town area, making it straightforward to find on foot from the main street.

Reviews from Google
I had a wonderful experience at this massage studio! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed with a smile — and even a small cookie, both before and after the session, which was such a thoughtful touch. I booked a Thai Deep Massage and was genuinely impressed by the therapist’s expertise. She clearly knew what she was doing and addressed all the tension in my body with precision and care. The atmosphere was relaxing, clean, and professional. Highly recommended for anyone looking for high-quality massage therapy in a friendly and welcoming environment. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Best massage place I’ve ever been to. They pay attention to every small detail — it starts with a salt foot wash, followed by an amazing massage (I did the foot massage), and ends with tea and cookies. They truly care about the experience and make you feel special.
Amazing experience, amazing staff, from start to finish this was one of the best deep Thai massage I've had while in Thailand. My masseuse was very profile and kind. Will definitely be returning here.

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
Try a Herbal Compress
Add a herbal compress (luk pra kob) to your massage — steamed bundles of lemongrass, turmeric, and camphor pressed into sore muscles. It's deeply therapeutic and uniquely Thai. Usually just 200–300 THB extra.
