Thalassa Tour Co.,Ltd.
Based in Ao Nang, one of Krabi's main coastal hubs, Thalassa Tour Co., Ltd. organises guided excursions to the region's most celebrated natural attractions. Popular offerings include full-day trips to Phi Phi Islands and Hong Island, private boat charters, and snorkelling experiences among Krabi's iconic limestone scenery. The company has built a strong reputation for personalised service, with guides — including frequently praised staff members Echy, Tuna, and M — noted for their attentiveness, strong English communication, and ability to adapt to changing conditions on the water. Visitors consistently highlight the well-organised logistics, punctual departures, and the genuine care staff show in tailoring experiences to the group. Both private and shared tour formats appear to be available, making Thalassa a practical choice for solo travellers, couples, and larger groups alike. The Ao Nang address puts the office within easy reach for visitors staying anywhere along Krabi's main coastal strip. Good to know: Krabi's peak season runs from November through February, when sea conditions are most reliable for island-hopping and water activities. No website or listed opening hours are currently available, so the most reliable way to book is by visiting the office directly at Soi 1, Tambon Ao Nang, or by asking your accommodation to assist with arrangements. Bookings can also be made through third-party platforms such as Viator, though it is worth confirming details directly with the operator to avoid communication delays.

Visitor Reviews
Best Tour ever. We did the Hong Island Full Day Trip and it was amazing. Everything well Organised and on Time. The Staff was incredible, we had a lot of Fun together. Tuna the Tourguide was a blast. The Meals we get was so delicious and everybody liked it. The crew found a quit place for us to serve the Lunch. The Dive side we were going to for snorkeling was absolutely stunning. Clear water, less people and a lot of different kind of Sealife to see. We spotted 3 different kind of Anemon Fish in this Area. The sunset and the Snorkling with the plankton was absolutely beautiful. We did a private Tour with Kids and nobody will forget this Trip. Thanks to Thalassa Tours for this unforgettable Advanture
If you are in the Krabi area, please book a tour with Thalassa. They are a wonderful company that truly personalizes your experience. Everyone really cares about you having a great experience, seeing as much as possible in the safest way. We were honoured to have Stephane for both of our tours (4 islands sunset / night snorkel and the Phi Phi islands tour. We were also lucky enough to have Tuna with us for the 4 islands tour and he was so passionate and educational during the snorkel portion. Harris was our other guide for the Phi Phi tour and his enthusiasm was infectious. Highly recommend touring with this company.
We did the Phi Phi Islands tour yesterday from Ao Nang and had such a great time. Echy and Tuna were brilliant tour guides and kept us well informed of plans for the day and changes in tide. We felt safe and well cared for the whole trip. A fantastic experience snorkelling the coral reefs and Echy and Tuna spoke good English and Spanish, talking fluently to all guests on board the boat. The crew were all well experienced and we’d definitely book again with Thalassa Tours!

Tips for Visiting Activities & Tours
Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Through Klook or GetYourGuide
These platforms offer instant confirmation, free cancellation on most activities, and prices that are often lower than walk-up rates. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
