Bull Muay Thai gives Ao Nang a proper training camp: a gym with on-site accommodation on the Khao Kaeo road just inland from the beach strip, running two coached sessions a day for a crowd that mixes holiday first-timers with returning regulars. The Thai trainers run classic sessions — skipping, shadow work, long pad rounds, bags and clinch — and scale them honestly to whoever is on the floor, which makes it an easy first camp for someone whose trip is half training, half Krabi. And the Krabi half is the argument: Ao Nang beach and its restaurant strip are minutes away, longtails to Railay's beaches and climbing leave from the same sand, and the four-islands boats fill the rest days. Few camps anywhere put this much between the morning and afternoon session. Good to know: train-and-stay packages by the week or month are the standard booking and worth arranging ahead for the December–March season; single classes are fine for drop-ins staying elsewhere in Ao Nang. A scooter is handy but not essential — most of what matters is walkable or a cheap songthaew hop.
