Reviews from Google
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely outstanding experience with Krabi Spesialisten! We are a family of four and booked the Hong Island tour from Tubkaek Beach, and from start to finish it was flawless. The pickup directly from our beach was incredibly convenient and made the whole day stress-free. We were warmly greeted by our wonderful guides, Sun and his apprentice Rainy, who immediately made us feel extremely welcome. Sun’s English was excellent, and both guides were friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. The boat itself was beautifully decorated with flowers and thoughtfully stocked with snacks, such a lovely touch that made the experience feel extra special. We were treated so well throughout the entire trip, and the guides were incredibly knowledgeable about the islands and surroundings. One truly exceptional moment was when our 13-year-old, who was recovering from a broken foot was struggling with walking longer distances, Without hesitation, Sun offered to carry him (no small task!) and did so happily, even joking that it was a good extra workout! This kindness made a huge difference, especially with the floating piers, which would have been very difficult otherwise. Sun also went above and beyond in the smallest but most meaningful ways — knowing our son is a big coffee fan, he made him a special Krabi coffee, which absolutely made our lad’s day. He loved it and still talks about it! We also wanted to explore one of the islands. While Sun guided us around, our son chose to rest in the shade with Rainy, who was absolutely fantastic with him. Our son has autism, and although I’m not sure the guides were aware, they were 100% autism-friendly—patient, calm, and genuinely kind. This was easily the best trip of our entire holiday, and we cannot recommend Krabi Spesialisten highly enough. If you have the chance, definitely ask for Sun and Rainy—they are truly exceptional guides who go above and beyond. 🌴✨
Sun was truly one of the highlights of our entire trip. From the very beginning, he was attentive, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable, but what made him so special was how natural and fun everything felt. He was well prepared for anything that came our way. He has a great sense of humor and an easy way of making you feel completely at ease. Traveling with Sun felt less like being on a tour and more like exploring with a good friend—someone who genuinely cared about our experience and safety every step of the way. Our time with him was precious, meaningful, and unforgettable. Sun will forever hold a special place in our hearts, and I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
Sun was an amazing tour guide who quickly became a friend. Our group was so sad to only have two days with him. He is attentive, considerate, protective, funny, and so informative — a true delight to be around. He left a lasting impression on all of us and made our trip a magical one.”

Tips for Visiting Activities & Tours
Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Popular Activities Online
Booking platforms like GetYourGuide give you instant confirmation and, on many activities, free cancellation — and you can read recent reviews before committing. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
