5 Elements
Tucked along Soi Ta-iad in the Chalong district of Phuket, this wellness facility combines yoga classes, ice bath therapy, and steam room sessions under one roof. The driving force behind the space is Panchita, the owner and instructor whose hands-on teaching style and attentiveness to individual needs — particularly posture correction and physical rehabilitation — has earned her a loyal following among both locals and visiting travellers. The yoga classes are the centrepiece of the experience, with the 11.30am session led by Panchita frequently highlighted by visitors as a standout. The ice bath is maintained at approximately 5 degrees Celsius, making it a popular recovery tool for those with active training schedules, while the steam room offers a complementary warm-up option. The atmosphere leans toward personal, hands-on wellness rather than a traditional day spa, and the facility suits those looking for genuine therapeutic benefit alongside relaxation. Good to know: Panchita's teaching style is direct and physically attentive, which most visitors find valuable but is worth being aware of if you prefer a more passive class environment. Opening hours and current pricing are not listed online, so contacting the venue directly before visiting is advisable. Booking ahead is recommended, particularly for the popular late-morning yoga sessions, as class sizes appear to be intimate.

Visitor Reviews
This place is amazing and healing. I (37m) have posture issues and so I was referred to come check out this location by a friend. After arriving I met the instructor and owner: Panchita. She noticed that I had a knee support brace on, I had a work accident a few years back and injured my knee, I didn’t have insurance so I couldn’t get treatment and had to let it heal on its own, years later it still caused me pain and even more so after going to the gym or training in Martial Arts. She walked me through a quick few minute knee stretch and afterwards I heard a small click, and she told me to get up and walk and see if it hurt, I was shocked when it didn’t, all I could do was laugh because in less than 5 minutes she made the dull pain go away and the Yoga class hadn’t even started. She taught me how to do the stretch and make the click myself and anytime I feel a little pain I do it and it goes away. This has helped my training and time in the gym so much! The class itself is an experience! It isn’t that washed up western commercial yoga I’m used to, it’s intense, it’s fun, it’s something you know your body needs and deserves. I had a blast and met some cool people and I could really tell that Panchita loves what she does. Her energy really lights the place up and makes it what it is. I love it and I’m looking forward to coming back again! I can’t think of anyone that would not benefit from such a valuable class.
I honestly don’t even know where to begin… staying at Panchita’s Hot Yoga was so much more than just a place to sleep — it was an experience of warmth, healing, and pure love. Panchita is one of the most beautiful souls I have ever met. From the first moment, she made me and my friends feel completely welcome, safe, and at home. She doesn’t just “host” you — she truly takes care of you. You can feel that everything she does comes from the heart. During our stay, I had a completely bruised ankle. It was bad — swollen, painful, and I could barely walk. Panchita took the time to do her healing work on it with so much care and attention. The next day… I could walk again. Honestly unbelievable. What she did felt like magic, but it’s really her energy, knowledge, and deep intuition. She supports everyone around her, always smiling, always present, always ready to help. The space she has created reflects who she is — warm, peaceful, uplifting. If you’re looking for more than just accommodation — if you’re looking for a place where you feel seen, supported, and recharged — this is it. Panchita, thank you for everything. We will never forget this experience. 💛
It’s the best ice bath in Phuket!! Water is always super cold (around 5 degrees) so it’s best choice for refreshing and recovering after the hard training 💪🏻 Steam room is perfect for warm up and relax. Staff are super friendly, helpful and professional! I've been visiting this place for 6 months already! And I enjoy it every time! Highly recommend this place for recovery and for a good time with a good people 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
