Robinson Lifestyle Chalong
Situated in the Chalong area of southern Phuket, Robinson Lifestyle Chalong is a full-service shopping centre that offers a welcome retreat from the island's heat and humidity. The mall houses a department store alongside a range of retail outlets covering clothing, accessories, and lifestyle products, with temporary pop-up sales adding variety to the shopping floor. A food court with halal-friendly options makes it a practical dining stop for visitors with dietary requirements, and the on-site cinema screens both Thai and English-language films, catering to international travellers. Beyond shopping, the mall draws repeat visitors for its massage salon, which reviewers describe as clean and relaxing, and its generally unhurried atmosphere compared to busier shopping destinations in central Phuket. The food court is noted for good value, and the overall layout is organised and easy to navigate. Service quality can vary between retail staff, so independent browsing is straightforward if assistance is not required. The mall opens daily from 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM, making it easy to slot into any day of a trip. Its location near Chalong Temple means it pairs naturally with a visit to one of Phuket's most prominent landmarks. Weekday mornings tend to be quieter, which suits those who prefer a more relaxed shopping experience. Free air conditioning throughout the building makes it a particularly sensible option during the hotter months or as an afternoon refuge during heavy seasonal rain.

Visitor Reviews
It is possible to get bored of the warm weather and the tropical beaches. So what do you do after you’ve exhausted that option? Well, one option is to come to a massive air-conditioning shopping centre. Loads of food and drink, loads of retail shopping we can get anything you need and loads of stuff for the kids to do.
We thought this mall was perfect. Not crowded. Good food court and good value products. The massage salon was so clean and relaxing highly recommend. Cinema was good. They indicated language (Thai/English) Lots of parking.
Nice mall. There's 4 halal stalls in the food court(for Muslims).

Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
