Phuketferry.com
Operating from a central Phuket office within Land and Houses Park, this ferry and speedboat booking service connects travellers to surrounding islands including destinations such as Koh Jum. The service functions as a full travel agency for water transport, handling ticketing, reservations, and route information for both ferry and speedboat options across the region.
Visitors consistently highlight the ease of booking through the website and the responsiveness of the customer service team via WhatsApp and online chat, with booking changes and cancellations handled quickly and without significant hassle. The service is practical and straightforward, making it a useful first stop for travellers planning island-hopping itineraries from Phuket. It is worth noting that on-board conditions on some ferries have drawn mixed feedback, with reports of engine fumes in enclosed cabins and limited onboard amenities, so travellers sensitive to these factors may want to confirm vessel type before booking.
The office operates from 8:00 AM on weekdays and from 2:00 PM on weekends, remaining open until midnight daily, which allows for flexible walk-in enquiries and last-minute arrangements. Booking in advance is advisable during the peak tourist season between November and February, when popular island routes fill quickly. Checking the website ahead of a visit is recommended to confirm current schedules, available routes, and any seasonal timetable changes.

Reviews from Google
When ordering three boat tickets from Phuket Island to Koh Jum Island, I got the departure date wrong. I asked the "Liva Dot Com (Asia) Customer Service Team" to cancel the original tickets and issue new ones with the correct date. They replied immediately, accommodated my request right away, and sent me the new boat tickets with the correct date by email. I am very grateful to them for that. Perfect service and tremendous customer friendliness. Once again, a big thank you. Petr, Czech Republic.
Very easy to book through the website although we have not used the ferry/speedboat service yet. We rearranged our ferry time to an hour before which was very easy to do via WhatsApp, very fast reply. Would use again and would highly recommend.
Main cabin smells of engine smoke the whole trip. Seats not comfortable. You're stuck in this closed space. Wanna go upstairs ? That's VIP zone and it's 200 BHT extra just for that. No water or snacks provided unless you pay another 200 BHT. Get a different company for much better service either snacks and lunch AND a tour for the same rate. Not just a rip off but also very bad service.

Tips for Visiting Activities & Tours
Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Popular Activities Online
Booking platforms like GetYourGuide give you instant confirmation and, on many activities, free cancellation — and you can read recent reviews before committing. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
