Titan Fitness Camp is the fitness-first address on Soi Ta-iad — Phuket's famous fitness street — offering the training-vacation structure of the surrounding Muay Thai camps without requiring anyone to throw a kick. Days are built from coached group sessions across strength, conditioning, circuits and boxing-style cardio, with weight-loss programs, meal plans and accommodation packages bundling the whole stay into one booking. For a lot of guests it is the entry point to the street, where guests train at Titan, eat at the healthy cafés, and maybe wander into a Muay Thai class by week two because everyone else has.
