My Front Yard Community Mall
My Front Yard Community Mall is a neighbourhood shopping centre in the Wichit area of Phuket, offering a laid-back alternative to the island's larger commercial malls. Its open-air design gives it a casual, community-oriented atmosphere that appeals to both locals and visitors looking for an everyday slice of Phuket life rather than a tourist-facing experience. The mall brings together a solid mix of practical and leisure options under one roof. A Tops Market makes it a convenient stop for groceries and everyday essentials, while a range of restaurants and cafés cater to those looking to eat and linger. Boutique shops, a small gym, and specialty retailers — including a guitar shop noted for its good parking and relaxed browsing environment — round out the offering. The mall has also developed a reputation for its nail salons, particularly Olivia Luxe on the second floor, which visitors frequently highlight for skilled nail art and a quality experience. The mall is open every day from 7:00am to 11:00pm, making it a flexible option whether you need a morning coffee run, an afternoon of errands, or somewhere to fill time before a late flight out of Phuket. Its pet-friendly environment makes it a comfortable outing for travellers with animals, and the ample parking and main-road access make it easy to reach by car or scooter. It is best suited to those staying in the Chalong or Wichit area who want a practical, unpretentious spot to shop, eat, and unwind.

Visitor Reviews
I did a Google search and found a nail salon in this community mall called Olivia Luxe, which is on the second floor. I decided to get a manicure with metallic chrome with ombre colors. I was very satisfied with what I got. They were very professional. To this day, I still look at my nails. Everywhere I go, my friends compliment me on how beautiful they are. It's one of the best nail salons I've ever been to. For sure, if I come back to Phuket, I will come here again. If anyone is looking for a good, reliable nail salon with reasonable prices, I highly recommend this place. After getting my nails done, I also enjoyed a delicious burger at the mall. downstairs.
GUITAR COLLECTION, It’s a convenient place for a Guitar shop as it’s right off the main road with loads of parking spaces and a pleasant outdoor feel to this new shopping centre. I was allowed to select a bass that I was interested in, a G & L, an I later arranged with the guys there to have it shipped to my house in Ron Phibun. They have an extensive range of guitars there, so as the name suggests, you have a lot of choice. I’m pleased with the bass they sent me, it was the same one as in the shop which I played. All coms were carried out on Line.
I spent my time here after checked out of the hotel while waiting for my flight, but I accidentally stumbled upon the best nail spa I've ever been to. They are clearly skilled in nail art, have great attention to detail and meticulous in their nail arts. The spa pedicure atmosphere made me feel relaxed. I'm glad I came here, and I'll definitely be back. This is the best nail salon in Phuket. I highly recommend you guys to come.

Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
