Mystic Village Yoga Studio is the perfect haven in Pai, to find peace, nature and connection to yourself. I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and this is the most beautiful studio I have ever practiced in. Holly the owner is an excellent guide and teacher…she holds the space with grace and reassuring energy so that classes meet all levels in the room, and everyone feels welcome and seen. Excellent prop offering - I cannot recommend this studio more highly and the offerings of Mystic Village cover multiple holistic practices, from movement to breath work to sound therapy they have it all - throughout our stay in Pai we’ve been every day - it’s just the best way to start the day.
