Mystic Village
Tucked into the natural surroundings of Pai in northern Thailand, Mystic Village is a dedicated yoga studio offering classes, sound healing sessions, and a genuinely tranquil space for practitioners of all levels. The studio draws visitors seeking more than a passing wellness experience, with multiple teachers leading sessions that range from beginner-friendly classes to vinyasa flow combined with sound baths. The open-air setting and lush environment contribute to an atmosphere that feels distinctly connected to the natural landscape around it. Classes are led by a rotating roster of teachers, with visitors frequently highlighting the quality of instruction as a standout feature. Beginner classes are welcoming and well-paced, while more experienced practitioners find the space and teaching style equally rewarding. Sound healing is offered alongside yoga sessions, adding a meditative dimension to the experience. The studio also provides complimentary taxi transport to and from the venue for those who need it, which is a practical convenience given its village location outside central Pai. Good to know: Walk-in class pricing has been noted at around 300 baht for a 90-minute session, making it accessible for budget-conscious travellers. Since no website or listed hours are available online, it is worth contacting local accommodation in Pai for the current schedule, teacher availability, and booking arrangements. Pai is most comfortably visited between November and February during the cool season, and the studio's peaceful setting makes it a natural fit for that slower, restorative style of travel the region is known for.

Visitor Reviews
Mystic Village Yoga Studio is the perfect haven in Pai, to find peace, nature and connection to yourself. I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and this is the most beautiful studio I have ever practiced in. Holly the owner is an excellent guide and teacher…she holds the space with grace and reassuring energy so that classes meet all levels in the room, and everyone feels welcome and seen. Excellent prop offering - I cannot recommend this studio more highly and the offerings of Mystic Village cover multiple holistic practices, from movement to breath work to sound therapy they have it all - throughout our stay in Pai we’ve been every day - it’s just the best way to start the day. Thank you Holly and team you’ve managed to create a little bit of Heaven on Earth - we are very grateful for you. Love and Blessings Cathy and Chris
Did the 11:30 beginner yoga with Kitty and it was amazing. Costed 300 baht the 1.5 hour class, with free taxi transport to and from the studio (though I ended up walking back on my own). Kitty was an amazing teacher, clear that she loves what she does and knows how to modify moves for different skill levels and flexibility. Overall, an amazing lesson in a beautiful studio and I would definitely it do again.
The experience was truly magical. We ended the yoga session feeling healed and re-energized. Shelby was so soothing and talented! we loved her yoga practice and sound healing she created. The place overall looks gorgeous and has all the facilities to make your visit as comfortable.
Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
