Pai Vintage Garden Resort

4.5(214 reviews)

Nestled in the mountain town of Pai within Mae Hong Son province, this resort hotel blends vintage character with genuine hospitality, drawing visitors who want a peaceful, design-conscious base from which to explore northern Thailand's temples, hot springs, and local markets. The property stands out for its handcrafted aesthetic, with chenille flowers and bouquet creations decorating the grounds and rooms, lending it an artistic, personal quality that distinguishes it from standard accommodation. Rooms are described by guests as well-built and attractively decorated, with spacious bathrooms and comfortable linens. The atmosphere is notably quiet and clean, and the grounds reflect considered design. Some rooms feature futon-style beds rather than mattresses, which may not suit all sleeping preferences, and the property sits adjacent to a minor road, so light sleepers may wish to ask about room placement. Breakfast is included at certain price points, and rates have been noted as highly affordable, offering strong value for the quality on offer. Pai sits in a highland region accessible via winding mountain roads from Chiang Mai, roughly four hours away, or two hours from Mae Hong Son. Transport should be arranged in advance. The coolest and most popular time to visit is November through February, when temperatures drop noticeably in the evenings, so packing a light jacket is advisable. As specific opening hours are not published, prospective guests are encouraged to book directly through a third-party platform or contact the property ahead of arrival to confirm availability and room type.

Can't give the star to Pai Vintage Garden Resort because 5 stars that not enough!! There is a beautiful resort, quiet, super clean and perfect service!! Room : it's very good size and cute decorations. The mattress, pillows and bedsheets very comfortable. The bathroom is separate wet and dry area, no any smell. There has a facilities all you need in the room 👍 Location : Just a few minutes far from Pai walking street. There is 7-11 at the front of main street only 2-3 minutes walk. The perfect thing is very quiet at night 👍 Service : We can say a billion times for a good service that we got it from them. The owner is very friendly, helpful and good take care to the guest. A service mind is 100% from their heart. A staff always smiles and offer to help with anything you need. Breakfast is nice. It is a variety of egg menu, salad, tea-coffee, bread and else Also there has a three-wheeled vehicle shuttle to service you if you want to go to Pai walking street night market. Definitely, come back to stay again when we are in Pai, Mae Hong Son. Highly recommend a valuable resort in Pai 👍

We added a second night last minute so we switched rooms after the first night. Both rooms had big bathrooms and comfortable linens. There are chenille flowers and bouquet creations all around which was a cute touch! The bed is firm as most beds are in this part of the world. There was a mini fridge and kettle and the room came with two complimentary bottles of water and instant coffee/tea. The staff was very friendly! Breakfast included a soup, rice, meat, and a choice of egg dishes (i.e. scrambled, omelette, mushroom omelette). There was instant coffee, tea, and Ovaltine as well as orange juice available. Also available was bread and a toaster, but we didn't have any of that. It was quiet. If you want to walk it (like we did), it's a good 20 minute walk from the downtown/Walking Street area P.S. I like strong coffee so I took three spoonfuls of the instant coffee, but my husband liked two spoonfuls (if you're trying to gauge quantity and strength 😆)

Compared with the price, room, staff, vibe and all the thing here is way too good!! I booked it from agoda around 400฿ per night! Including breakfast 🍳! - Room: come with ac&fan but no refrigerator, nice view ,the staff makes a bed and clean it everyday ! - Breakfast: 8-10am. You can choose which menu you want! with unlimited basic bread, orange juice, constant coffee and tea This place might be one of the reasons we decided to stay in Pai longer. haha After a long days of going around this place is so comfy and so it might be difficult to wake up in the morning haha
