Spent the weekend here whilst exploring Pai. We were both very impressed with the value for money, you get a spacious double room, big bathroom with good shower and even a seating area out the back overlooking the rice fields. The room included a fridge, safe, hairdryer and drinking water. The hotel also has a lovely garden that leads you to your room, with a restaurant in the middle and a fish pond. We were able to hire a scooter from the hotel (separate company but they organise it) for 250 baht per day. The staff were super friendly and helpful, with a very smooth and easy check in and check out process. Would really recommend staying here, it was so peaceful and in such a beautiful location. Some reviews mention stray dogs near by, there are, but they really do just mind their own business.

The best place to stay!! We stayed for 8 days and didn’t want to leave! The stuff is nice , the rooms are amazing! Nice stylish, very clean,good smell, with a stunning balcony to a green rice field . A really good value for money!!! We were at a time when there were floods and power outages and the place was one of the few that had a generator and made sure that the guests had hot water and electricity in the rooms! It is really a magical place, a little pearl in Pai. We will definitely be back!🥰

We originally booked a three-night stay but decided to leave after one night — though this was more a reflection on our own preferences rather than any fault of the hotel or its management. First, let me say that the hotel offers excellent value for money at £18.50 per night (approximately 800 THB). When we shared our concerns with management via WhatsApp (as requested), they responded quickly and kindly, doing everything they could to make our stay more comfortable. As mentioned, however, the issue was not with the hotel — it was simply a case of us choosing a hotel that didn’t quite meet our usual comfort level. You can tell a lot about an establishment by how it handles a situation when a guest is unhappy, regardless of the reason. In this regard, the hotel’s management was exemplary — professional, understanding, and efficient. They attempted to resolve the issue, and when that wasn’t possible, they promptly refunded the remaining two nights. We are sincerely grateful for that. That said, I’d like to offer a few small suggestions for improvement (specific to room 653), which could enhance the guest experience even further: 1. Provide a kettle in the room – a simple and low-cost addition that would make a big difference. 2. Install an adjustable shower head – a flexible fitting would allow guests to direct the water flow more conveniently. See video. 3. Review the patio door setup – currently, the patio door cannot be locked from the outside. This is a bit inconvenient, as the patio leads to a pleasant path and gate where the bike/scooters are parked. At present, guests have to exit through the front door, round the path, then walk through the restaurant area, and then further round to reach the car park. Allowing the patio door to lock from outside, in the same style as the front door, would make movement around the property much more convenient. I fully understand that these are minor, “first-world problems”, and I hope this feedback is taken in the constructive spirit intended. We truly appreciate the professionalism of the management and wish the hotel continued success.
