Therapists including Candy, Eiw, Miya, Bell, and Yah are frequently highlighted by visitors for their thorough technique and genuine care, with staff checking in regularly throughout treatments to ensure comfort and pressure levels suit each guest. The atmosphere is described as calming from the moment guests walk in, with reception staff like Bow noted for making visitors feel welcome and the booking process straightforward. The spa is a natural fit for travellers recovering from active days of trekking, kayaking, or island-hopping, with deep tissue and aromatherapy massages among the treatments on offer. The setting is clean, professional, and well-suited to both solo travellers and those visiting as a pair. Open daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, the consistent hours across all seven days make it easy to slot into any itinerary. Those hoping to take advantage of happy hour rates should check current pricing directly with the spa or via the Hotel Adam Krabi website. Arriving a few minutes early is worthwhile to settle in and discuss treatment preferences with the therapist before the session begins.

Visitor Reviews
The atmosphere is so calming and relaxing as soon as you walk in. We booked in person at the spa reception, staff were super friendly and was easy to book. Booked the aromatherapy during happy hour so got 20% off for an hour massage, such a good price $67 aud. Upon arrival we got a refreshing cold tea and a peppermint infused cold towel. The staff who were looking after us Candy and Eiw were so accomodating and really made sure we felt comfortable and tailored the massages to our needs. Candy had perfect pressure and checked in a couple times throughout massage to make sure if the pressure was still good. Felt so looked after and relaxed after the massage. Very lux, you also get a robe to change into and disposable undies. After the massage we could relax in the waiting area and they provided some warm Bael fruit tea & biscuits. High recommend! ☺️✨🌸
I cannot recommend this place enough! Bow at the reception provided us with amazing service and made us feel so welcome. We also booked a massage with Eiw and Miya, and it was hands down the best massage we have had in Thailand. Professional, relaxing, and simply perfect. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!
Had the most relaxing massage at Karose Spa with my therapist Candy. She was so thorough and knew how to ease the tension on my muscles - just what I needed after a day of trekking and kayaking! The spa is wonderful too. Clean, comfortable and has a peaceful ambience. Highly recommend!

Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
