Ao Nang Wellness Massage @ Cosi Ao Nong krabi
Tucked into the heart of Ao Nang, this small wellness spa stands out from the typical tourist massage shops by offering a more treatment-oriented approach to bodywork. While the space is compact — with four beds separated by curtains — visitors consistently describe the atmosphere as warm and inviting, and the staff as genuinely attentive and kind. It is a place that feels personal rather than transactional, which is not always easy to find in a busy resort town like Krabi. The spa offers a range of massage styles to suit different needs. Climbers and active travellers in particular have singled out the back, neck, and shoulder deep sport massage as a standout treatment, describing it as intense and effective for recovery. Hot oil massages are also well-regarded, with guests noting they are gentle and pleasantly relaxing. For those seeking more than surface-level relief, the therapeutic focus here appears to deliver results that carry over beyond the session itself. The spa is open every day from 10:00 until midnight, making it a convenient option both for afternoon wind-downs and late-night recovery after a full day of activities. Prices are reasonable by Ao Nang standards, with some treatments available for around 400 baht per hour. Given the small number of beds, visiting during off-peak hours or checking availability in advance is a sensible approach, especially during the busy high season. The Facebook page listed on the directory is the best point of contact for current service offerings and bookings.

Visitor Reviews
We’ve been in Thailand for 1 month & had 2-3 massages a week. All have been good, but non of them gave lasting relief. The Wellness establishment seemed to be offering a more treatment based massage so we gave it a go. I opted for a “neck, shoulder & back” ¥450. More expensive than other places, but the results were fabulous. I would highly recommend this place if you want a remedy to an issue you have 10/10
A very small, but very cozy massage place. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are extremely kind, attentive, and friendly. We felt very comfortable and relaxed every time. Highly recommended. Thank You 🤗
If you’re a climber I highly recommend the back, neck, and shoulder deep sport massage. It’s intense in the best way, perfect for a recovery rest day.

Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
