Reviews from Google
I’ve been struggling with burnout for over four years, and nothing has brought me real progress—until now. Since starting treatment here, I’ve experienced an absolutely remarkable improvement. This is the first time I feel like I’m genuinely healing, not just managing symptoms. The approach is deeply holistic, and the doctor combines profound traditional Chinese medicine knowledge with intuitive precision. I came to Chiang Mai feeling completely drained, and now—just a few weeks in—I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. At this pace, I truly believe I can fully recover within six weeks. If you’re dealing with chronic exhaustion, burnout, or other stress-related issues, I can’t recommend this place highly enough. It’s been a total game-changer for my health and my life.
I did a walk in , wanted to take advantage of accessible Chinese medicine. The doctor was wildly accurate, and they gave me prompt care. Super professional and clean!
EDIT: For my honest review, the clinic reached out to me threatening to sue me, and threatening legal action. Can you imagine how many bad reviews they have had removed through their baseless threats to customers? Do NOT trust such unethical people with your health. Review: Extremely irresponsible + bad people running this clinic I went in with an open mind, and did my consult with the doctor and his assistant. They recommended a very expensive custom herbal blend (as well as acupuncture and cupping). I was hesitant, but decided to trust them. The lady doctor told me to use the formula three times daily. The reception lady also emphasized using it 3 times a day. I had explained I was hesitant but was choosing to do so out of wanting to trust them. After 3 days, they tell me it is actually 2 times a day. I had been feeling horrible and urinating all night, unable to sleep, due to their mistake. When i got in touch with them, their response was truly shocking. They tried blaming it on me, not taking any responsibility at all. Then tried selling me more herbs with a 5% discount. An absolute joke. Dr. chaichai, who during our consult was on his phone texting the whole time, blames his patients for the error his office makes. Avoid at all costs — really bad clinic, really bad people.

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
Try a Herbal Compress
Add a herbal compress (luk pra kob) to your massage — steamed bundles of lemongrass, turmeric, and camphor pressed into sore muscles. It's deeply therapeutic and uniquely Thai. Usually just 200–300 THB extra.
