Visitor Reviews
We stayed here for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon in Feb 2026 and absolutely loved it. The best hotel of the trip, and whilst it's a more premium price than some in Thailand, if you want to treat yourself then it's definitely worth it. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and always went the extra mile for us. The building and grounds and especially the rooftop pool and Oxygen dining rooms are very enjoyable to spend time in, and the breakfast was exceptional. Clean, large rooms with good facilities, we also had a lovely balcony overlooking the river and would recommend that. We also had the tasting menu at the dining room as a special treat on our last night and that was a real highlight of our trip. It's a lot of money for Chiang Mai food but it was exceptional and we had no regrets treating ourselves to it. Would definitely love to stay again one day.
We stayed for 5 nights at this hotel in Chiang Mai and truly loved the environment. The atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind. Although I forgot to take photos of the room, it was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was huge and sparkling clean. Everything was well maintained, and we had very good quality sleep throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed having breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The views were magnificent, and it was such a nice way to start the day. We also loved spending time in the small garden area — it was very chill and added to the relaxing vibe of the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. One thing to note is that it is more convenient to have a car if you stay here, as it takes about 15 minutes to drive to the city centre. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip.
Unlike those crowded large resorts, this hotel offers a private and relaxing atmosphere. The room layout and interior design are impressive, and the comfort level is top-notch. A huge shout-out to the staff—their English is excellent, and they are incredibly welcoming. The 4th-floor pool is a must-visit; it looks stunning in photos and offers a completely different vibe between day and night. The Michelin-recognized breakfast is the absolute highlight—all dishes are made-to-order with many options to choose from. Don’t miss it! While it's a bit far from the city center, the shuttle bus service makes it easy. Plus, there's a great riverfront seafood restaurant and amazing Northern Thai Curry Noodles within walking distance. Just a heads-up: facilities close at 20:00 and there are fewer staff at night. Overall, a fantastic stay!
