The name tells you the pitch: retreat-style wellness, but on a city street in Chang Moi rather than up a mountain an hour out of town. That's the useful part. If you're in Chiang Mai for a week and want to work a session or two into days that also involve temples, coffee and the night market, you don't have to build a whole day around getting there and back.
I'd treat it as a supplement to a trip rather than the reason for one. It's a small operation with a small following, which usually means personal attention and not much of a walk-in system. People who like a big glossy spa menu with a hundred treatments will probably want something else.
