White Wood Green Spa & Wellness
Tucked away on Thonglor Soi 10 in Bangkok's Watthana district, White Wood Green Spa & Wellness offers a calm escape from the city's pace. The spa is designed around natural wood elements that create a warm, grounded atmosphere, and the facility is consistently praised for its cleanliness and peaceful ambience. Private treatment rooms add a sense of seclusion, making it a popular choice for both solo visitors and couples seeking a restorative break. Treatments include the White Wood Green Therapeutic Signature Massage and Soothing Water Therapy, both of which have drawn strong praise from visitors for their quality and execution. The therapist team is noted for being attentive and professional, and the overall environment is described by repeat visitors as genuinely restorative rather than a quick tourist stop. The spa operates seven days a week from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, offering flexibility for those fitting wellness into a full travel itinerary. For a practical note, the spa is accessible from Ekkamai BTS station, making it straightforward to reach from most central Bangkok accommodation. Given the consistent demand and evening popularity, booking in advance is advisable, particularly for weekend appointments or the later time slots closer to 9:00 PM. Comfortable, loose clothing for arrival is a sensible choice, as guests change on-site for their treatments.

Visitor Reviews
White Wood Green Spa at Ekkamai exceeded all our expectations many folds! From the moment we stepped inside, we’re completely immersed into a peaceful oasis away from hustle and bustle of downtown Bangkok. The ambiance is absolutely stunning, calm, elegant, and welcoming. We booked the 90 minute therapeutic signature massage and Thai heritage massage with compress ball. WOW... every minute was pure bliss! The therapist, Su and IMM were highly professional, with an incredible touch that relieved of all our stress and tight muscles. We have had massages in other countries we visited, including in Thailand however none came close to the level of skills of both of our therapists. We both regretted for not opting for the 120 minute session. It would have been the best experience we can imagine. What impressed us most was the attention to detail, from the warm welcome tea to the relaxing post treatment lounge. If you are reading this and want to treat yourself to a top-notch spa experience in Bangkok, this is one worth your consideration !
Yesterday I visited a spa located right in the heart of Bangkok, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The atmosphere is very pleasant, relaxing, and impeccably clean. There are several private rooms, including one with a personal bathtub, which adds a special touch of comfort and privacy. They offer a wide selection of oils for aroma massage. I chose their signature massage, which combines warm oil, hot stones, traditional Thai techniques, and pressure on tension points. It was deeply relaxing and therapeutic at the same time. At the end of the treatment, I was served delicious tea with homemade cookies, which was a perfect finishing touch. I also loved that they have their own production of massage oils, candles, and scrubs, as well as a clothing line made from natural fabrics. The service is exceptionally friendly and attentive, with genuine care for the client’s comfort and enjoyment. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a high-quality and relaxing experience in Bangkok.
Perfect place to be far away from all pressures. Rest, calm and feeling good because of the place's quite vibes, staff and services. I visited many times not only one. The staff are very helpful and CUTE. I really enjoyed my experience and I advise everyone visiting Bangkok to go & rest there. 🤍

Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
