TMK Park Kanchanaburi

This is a supply run, not a sightseeing stop, and that's exactly why it earns its place in a Kanchanaburi trip. It's a modern mall on the main road in Tha Ma Kham, still fairly new, with a supermarket that reviewers rate for pricing on everyday items and for stocking provincial products like local fish sauce, pepper and soy sauce. Worth a browse if you want something to take home that isn't a fridge magnet.

Beyond groceries there's a food court, Starbucks, bubble tea, a pizza place, KFC, general retail and a Major cinema on the second level. Parking is generous and there's an electric car charger, which makes it an easy stop if you're driving between the Death Railway sites and your hotel. A fuel station sits on site too. Nobody comes here for character, but the aircon is real and the toilets get consistent praise, which counts for more than it should on a hot afternoon.
