TMK Park Kanchanaburi
TMK Park Kanchanaburi is a modern shopping mall situated along the main road in the Tha Ma Kham area, offering a convenient one-stop destination for travellers and locals alike. Still relatively new, it brings together a practical range of retail and services under one roof, making it a useful pause point when exploring the Kanchanaburi region. Visitors can expect a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere with a well-organised layout. The mall includes a supermarket, food court, bubble tea outlets, a pizza restaurant, Starbucks, and a cinema, along with general retail shops. A fuel station is located on site, which is particularly handy for those travelling by car or motorbike. As the mall continues to grow, the tenant mix may expand further, so it is worth checking their Facebook page for updates on new openings. Good to know: TMK Park Kanchanaburi is open every day from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, making it easy to slot into any itinerary — whether as a morning supply run or an evening wind-down after visiting Kanchanaburi's historical sites. Weekdays tend to be quieter than weekends, when local foot traffic increases. Ample parking is available, and its position on the main road makes it straightforward to reach by most forms of transport.

The place is nice and still newly open for months. We can find bubble tea outlet, theater, food court, Starbuck, pizza restaurant, groceries and fast shopping point in this place. But yet I'm not sure this place considering the access for the disable and trolley from the car park. I was only see the ramp in KFC and more likely flat platform on the way to go to food court. But its hassle to go from car park to front side of the shopping mall.

Tips for Visiting Markets & Shopping
Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
