TMK Park Kanchanaburi
TMK Park Kanchanaburi is a relatively new shopping mall located in the Tha Ma Kham area, offering a convenient one-stop destination for both locals and travellers passing through the region. The mall brings together a practical mix of retail, dining, and services under one roof, making it a useful stop for those wanting a break from sightseeing or in need of everyday supplies. Visitors can expect a well-organised, modern mall environment with a range of tenants including a supermarket, food court, bubble tea outlets, a pizza restaurant, Starbucks, and a cinema. A fuel station is also located on site. The atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly, with ample parking available for those travelling by car or motorbike. The mall is still relatively new, so the tenant mix may continue to evolve as more businesses open. Good to know: the mall is open every day from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, making it easy to fit into any itinerary. Weekday visits tend to be quieter than weekends, when local foot traffic picks up. Its position along the main road makes it straightforward to reach, and the extended hours mean it works equally well as a morning errand stop or an evening wind-down after exploring Kanchanaburi's historical sites. Follow their Facebook page for updates on new openings and events.

Visitor Reviews
It's a nice place. You have everything. You have a fuel station. You have Starbucks. You have some really good restaurants to eat like eat Smith. Place to go shopping, write basically at the main road. So wonderful it is!.

The place is nice and still newly open for months. We can find bubble tea outlet, theater, food court, Starbuck, pizza restaurant, groceries and fast shopping point in this place. But yet I'm not sure this place considering the access for the disable and trolley from the car park. I was only see the ramp in KFC and more likely flat platform on the way to go to food court. But its hassle to go from car park to front side of the shopping mall.

Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
