Nicha Massage and Relax
Ask for a therapist by name here. That's the single most useful thing I can tell you. Liz gets the credit for the deep tissue work, and one traveller staying two weeks in Kanchanaburi went almost daily to sort out hip and lower back pain. Painful at times, by their own account, but effective. Nang is the other name that comes up, and the older lady doing 90-minute oil massages gets praised for checking how strong you want it and then actually delivering that pressure.
The room itself is described as clean and quiet, and the general feeling is of being treated like a person rather than processed. Prices are called good, though nobody has published a rate card, so ask when you book.
It isn't flawless. One couple had an oil massage interrupted three times by a therapist taking phone calls, and a second session in the same visit got rushed because the timing was misjudged. Oil sessions can also drift into Thai-style work if you don't say what you want. Be specific up front and you'll likely avoid both problems.

Reviews from Google
Ask for Nang! I was lucky enough to get a treatment from Nang, just even on one of her first days. I have some experience and knowledge about Thai Massage. And so I could realize instantly, that she very much knows what she is doing, very professional. She always realized very quickly, where my problems was and could help me a lot. On a scale from one to ten, I give a twenty...
Absolutely fantastic outstanding massage. I'm super happy. It was one of my best in Thailand - I felt seen as a human and good taken care of. (Not like a product in a factory- like other massage places). It's super clean, very friendly, quiet and just overall a great experience. Also good price. I will be back 😀
Massage is low average. We had two oil massage and one of the massagist stopped 3 times during the massage to take calls and speak with other people. We asked for oil because we wanted something relaxing but half of the massage was thai. The other massagist tought the massage was 2h, she realized 10 min before finnish the first hour so she rushed to finnish and my massage was half done. It is our third time in Thailand and we lived in the country for more than 4 months, there are better massage places with better prices.

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
