A great bar in Kanchanaburi. For a place to socialise and relax in a great atmosphere, Bob's Aussie Rules Bar is the place to be. Bob is welcoming and a great source of local knowledge for all the best things to do in Kanchanaburi. Staff are friendly and efficient and if you want to catch up on the cricket or Australian footy it will be on the tv here. The beers are cold, inexpensive and also plenty to choose from.
Nice bar on the main Road. Good place to meet other expats and other friendly people. Staff are smiling and welcoming and prices on beverages are reasonable. They have a couple of big screens showing sports and a decent pool table. Ventilation in the bar is also good during the hotter days. Go here for a beer and check it out
I was thoroughly enjoying myself and having a yarn with a lovely barkeeper until🤷♂️ I had my Honda Click parked out the front ( offending no one ) a self righteous Rod owner ( Honda ) directly challenged me about my parking whilst I was admiring their paraphernalia 🙏🗿🇱🇦🇹🇭🇵🇭 I have to watch out for defamation laws so suffice to say I finished my beer and left🤫🤦😢😂 I’ve lived here for 28 years and being careful what I say but, TIT🙏🗿🇹🇭🇱🇦 She did not understand that I understand 50-50 Thai language. She asked the bar lady if I was drunk in Thai – I hadn’t even finished my first long neck😂 Suffice to say, I will not be returning🙏🗿🇹🇭🇱🇦🧐
