Super Cheap Market
Super Cheap Market is a sprawling warehouse-style shopping destination in the Ratsada area of Phuket, drawing both locals and visitors with its enormous range of products at prices that undercut many of the island's larger supermarket chains. From fresh seafood, meat, and produce in a dedicated wet market section to bulk groceries, household chemicals, clothing, home decor, and plants, the sheer variety on offer makes it a genuine one-stop destination for everyday needs and browsing alike. The atmosphere is decidedly local rather than tourist-oriented, which is a large part of its appeal for travellers looking to experience everyday Thai shopping culture. The market operates out of a large, open warehouse space, meaning air conditioning is minimal to non-existent, so lightweight clothing is recommended. Staff are generally described as friendly and willing to help despite a limited English-speaking presence. A selection of halal street food stalls nearby adds to the convenience for those making a longer visit. Open every day from 4am to 9pm, the market suits early risers looking to pick up fresh ingredients at the start of the day. It is located on Thep Krasattri Road in Tambon Ratsada and is best reached by private transport or taxi, as it sits outside the main tourist zones. Visitors planning to stock up on bulk items or household goods will find it particularly worthwhile.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A true one-stop centre for shopping! Super Cheap, Ratsada is literally a one-stop shopping paradise. There are lots of halal street food options around, making it very convenient to shop and eat at the same time. You can find almost everything here — from electronics to household items, clothing, snacks, and daily necessities. Prices are very affordable, especially for bulk purchases. We bought 4 fridge magnets for only 49 baht and Thai inhalers at one of the cheapest prices we found during our trip. Many items are sold in bundle deals, making it perfect for stocking up on cooking sauces, snacks, shirts, souvenirs, and more. It really feels like a wholesale centre, similar to a pemborong in Malaysia. It was also my first time visiting a shopping centre that is quite hot, as it’s not fully air-conditioned. Some areas can feel warm, especially when it’s crowded. Hopefully, they can add more air-conditioning in the future to make the shopping experience more comfortable. 🚗 It’s advisable to come by car, especially if you plan to shop a lot — you’ll definitely be spoiled for choice and may end up buying more than planned. We went by motorbike from Kata, which took about 40 minutes, and we shopped so much that carrying everything back was quite challenging. Overall, a must-visit spot for budget hunters and travellers looking for variety and value for money! recommended for all
This place literally has everything, including pharmacies where you can buy items in bulk. There’s also a wet market area with fish, chicken, and everything you need for cooking. In addition, you’ll find a toy section for kids, a junk food area, souvenir shops, and an electronics section—this place truly has it all. Everything you need is conveniently located in one place. I would highly recommend this place to everyone, especially tourists. Fun fact: it can get a bit hot since there’s no air conditioning—only fans are used throughout the place.
Truly amazing Thailand!!! Here in this huge mall you can really find absolutely everything, and the word EVERYTHING does not exhaust the topic! From vegetables and fruits, through household chemicals, shampoos and tools, food and alcohol, to electrical appliances and furniture! Add to that the really low prices and perfect service, and I now understand why even the big world chains have respect for this 24/7 franchise system, born in Phuket! When I don't want to waste my time shopping, I just go there and find everything I need!

Tips for Visiting Markets & Shopping
Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
