Arco Hotel Phuket Town
Tucked away on Soi Talingchan in the heart of Phuket Town, this boutique hotel has built a strong reputation for combining thoughtful design with genuinely attentive hospitality. The property appeals to travellers who prefer the authentic character of Phuket Town over the busier beach resort areas, offering a stylish and intimate base for exploring local markets, temples, and street food culture. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with guests consistently noting the careful attention to detail in both the design and the overall experience. The hotel accommodates families as well as couples comfortably, and the staff are frequently highlighted as going well beyond standard expectations, delivering a level of personal service that stands out even among experienced international travellers. The property is kept to a high standard of cleanliness throughout. Good to know: Phuket Town is well-connected by local transport, making it straightforward to reach the beaches and other parts of the island without staying directly on the coast. The town is particularly lively during early morning and evening hours when local markets and street food vendors are active. Booking directly through the hotel website at arcophukettown.com is recommended to confirm current availability and rates, and to check room configurations if travelling as a larger group.

Visitor Reviews
That is one of the best boutique hotel we have stayed. We are a family of 5 with young adults. And the 2 rooms were big and spacious. You could feel the owner put great thoughts into every detail in the room. The big round lighted mirror in the bathroom to the extraordinary chair with foot rest. Great quality room. The customer service was excellent in all aspects from reception, house keeping to the restaurant staff. I must say we were expecting buffet style breakfast but the ala carte breakfast gives that thoughtfulness of being served quality food is excellent. The breakfast was throughly amazing and well presented. The location is in walkable distance to the hustle and bustle of Phuket Old Town so you dont have to put up with the noise.
Truly a top hotel! The staff is incredibly kind, the bed is wonderful, and nothing is too much to ask. Everything is super clean. I could easily stay here for two weeks if it were a bit closer to the beach, but this hotel is absolutely a great choice if you’re visiting Phuket, especially if you want to see Old Town.Getting around Phuket is not very easy due to traffic jams and chaotic traffic, so it actually makes more sense to change hotels. This hotel is perfect for that. Once again, thanks to all the lovely staff. The hotel is beautiful and has a nice swimming pool, despite being a city hotel. In short, highly recommended! And the à la carte breakfast is also delicious
This hotel was outstanding. From the beautiful design to the exceptional customer service, we truly loved our stay. The room was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and both stylish and practical, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, we slept so well. The location was ideal too, less than a 10-minute walk from the town centre, close enough to everything while still feeling calm and relaxed. It’s clear a lot of care has gone into the guest experience, with plenty of thoughtful little touches throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here.
