Clay Beach Samui Luxury Beachfront Pool Villa
Compare prices
Situated along the quieter northern shore of Koh Samui in the Mae Nam district, this luxury beachfront property offers villa-style accommodation with direct beach access and private pool facilities. The villas are designed with considerable attention to architectural detail and interior finish, and guests consistently note that the spaces feel larger and more impressive in person than in photographs — a reassuring quality for travellers booking remotely.
The property accommodates a range of group sizes, with past guests including couples, families, and large groups of over twenty people occupying multiple villas simultaneously. Staff are hands-on and proactive, arranging poolside massages, nail appointments, and meals on request, lending the stay a personalised, resort-style feel without the impersonal scale of a large hotel. The beachfront setting in Mae Nam offers a calm, unhurried atmosphere well suited to guests prioritising relaxation over proximity to nightlife.
For practical planning, Mae Nam sits on the northern coast of Koh Samui, accessible from Koh Samui International Airport by taxi or private transfer. The area is quieter than the island's southern beaches at Chaweng and Lamai, so guests who want access to a broader range of restaurants, shops, or nightlife should plan to arrange transport. The cooler dry season from November to February generally offers the most comfortable conditions, and advance booking is advisable for peak periods such as Christmas, New Year, and Thai school holidays.

Reviews from Google
Fantastic stay at Clay Beach Front Villas We stayed at Clay Beach Front Villas as a large family group of 22 people, occupying two villas, and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The villas are beautiful, spacious, and feel truly luxurious, while still being comfortable and relaxed. Each villa has five large bedrooms with high ceilings, wide and very comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning, and ceiling fans—everyone slept extremely well. The common areas are ideal for big groups. Even though we stayed in two villas, we often gathered all 22 people in one villa without feeling crowded. There are large indoor and covered outdoor dining tables, generous living areas, comfortable lounge furniture, and plenty of outdoor seating. The multiple pools are a major highlight. The main pool by the common area was our favorite, with morning sun and shade in the afternoon. There is also a beautiful courtyard pool suitable for swimming, plus smaller, cozy pools connected to some of the suites—perfect for groups wanting both togetherness and privacy. We traveled with a 9-month-old baby, and the villa layout was excellent, with plenty of space and practical solutions that made the stay easy and comfortable for a family with an infant. We chose to have most meals prepared at the villa, and the food was outstanding. The staff served varied and delicious Thai meals—often four courses per meal—with fresh ingredients and wonderful flavors. Breakfasts were equally great, with eggs prepared to order. A special thank you to the amazing staff: Masha, Pookie, Mona, Chef Pao, and Sin. Their service was warm, professional, discreet, and attentive. They took excellent care of us, without ever being intrusive. The villas were cleaned daily and kept spotless. The location is very convenient, close to Fisherman’s Village (about 2 km) and easy to reach by taxi. Bolt worked perfectly, and the villa also helped arrange transport for large groups in comfortable, air-conditioned vans. Very happy we stayed here and not in Chaweng. The beachfront setting is lovely. While the water was a bit murky during our stay (likely seasonal), the beach was cleaned every morning, keeping it tidy and pleasant. Nearby shops, a 7-Eleven, and even a go-kart track added to the fun. We stayed over Christmas and New Year, which made the experience extra special. The villas were decorated, the children received small gifts, and the atmosphere was warm and festive. Our group ranged from 9 months to 82 years, and everyone had an amazing time. Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout the stay. Highly recommended for large families or groups looking for a luxury beachfront stay in Koh Samui.
This villa is even better and bigger in real life — we were in awe of the architecture and all the beautiful details (especially my wife, who loves interior design!). The warm welcome and amazing staff made our stay unforgettable. They were so kind and playful with our three kids, and the private chef’s meals were absolutely delicious — perfect for those relaxing, lazy days. Everything we needed, from day trips to babysitters and massages, was arranged within minutes. Our family beach walks to Fisherman’s Village were a real highlight. Thank you, Meaw and team, for taking such great care of us — we can’t wait to come back!
Our stay was nothing short of excellent. Beautiful villa, the rooms are all exceptional and looked even better than in the pictures. Staff has been great and very acommodating for our needs during the entire stay. From special food requests and organizing activities, they assist however they can. Food has been very good, every day a different menu with interesting and great tasting dishes. Everything has been immaculate, making our stay both relaxing and very much memorable.
