T Villas Kaeng khoi

4.7(1,102 reviews)

Situated in Kaeng Khoi district within Saraburi province, T Villas Kaeng Khoi is a villa-style resort offering private pool accommodation at a relaxed remove from Ayutthaya's busier tourist areas. The property appeals to couples, honeymooners, and families looking for a self-contained hideaway, with villas equipped with cooking stoves, microwaves, and BBQ grills — a practical bonus for longer stays or those who prefer more independence than a standard hotel provides.

Guests can expect a quiet, private atmosphere with generally attentive and friendly staff, though the resort has undergone partial renovation and some facilities may still be a work in progress. The private pool villas are compact, which suits travellers after a cosy retreat but may feel limited for those expecting expansive outdoor living spaces. The location provides a reasonable base for day trips to Ayutthaya's UNESCO-listed historical parks and temples, as well as natural attractions across Saraburi province.

Overall, T Villas Kaeng Khoi exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-quality service, comfort, and an unforgettable stay. I would definitely return! 🌿✨

Its good for the price. The staff are attentive. Theres no staff on the receptionist during the night. You need to call them. The parking is not enough for guests eventhough they have many parking spaces

We saw the ads on social media and book for our honeymoon. First surprised! the resort was under partial renovation i.e. rooms, restaurant, some villas. Although we book direct with the resort but the staff didn’t even care and tell us before arrival. Secondly, There’s no signage showing where the reception area was. We have to go around and ask people. The staff are not helpful. They will only standby at the buggy and watching you carry all your bags around. Thirdly, Our villa (T116) was so dusty. We had 2 dirty flip-flops in front of the bedroom. There’s the urine smell from the bathroom for the entire stay. It’s really awful 🤢 it’s a shame that the staff didn’t even look after all small details. (Upside down doorbell ?! 🤨) Fourth, the wooden chairs nearby the pool was not ready to use and almost broken. Also, We found the steel wool beside the pool. And the sink in the bathroom was clogged. The shower floor was moldy and smelly. The sink tab was broken. Fifth, we decided to have dinner at the resort but turns out it’s very disappointing. Staff were very busy but never get the order right. Neither when we called them to order nor check ,,, no one cares ! 👎 Then the Internet was down since we got back to our villa. The main contact only LINE but no staff replied. Staff always have any excuses not to fix it. No doubt - the router in front of our villa was broken but no spare one. The breakfast was terrible when compare to the price we paid. Neither variety nor quantity. They serve Instant coffee, a margarine instead of butter, simple white bread with broken toaster, few thai dishes. Sadly, the price we paid is not worth any single penny. We will not recommend this resort to our friends or family at all. 💔

Tips for Visiting Hotels & Resorts

Book Shoulder Season

May–June and September–October offer dramatic discounts (30–50% off peak rates) with fewer crowds. Weather is mixed but rarely a washout — afternoon showers clear quickly.

Compare OTAs and Direct Rates

Always check the hotel's own website after finding a rate on Agoda or Booking.com. Many Thai properties offer a best-rate guarantee or throw in perks like free breakfast when you book direct.

Pool Villa Doesn't Mean Expensive

Private pool villas in Krabi, Hua Hin, and Chiang Mai start around 2,500–4,000 THB/night — a fraction of Bali or Maldives prices. Search specifically for 'pool villa' to surface hidden gems.
