T Villas Kaeng khoi
Compare prices
Situated in Kaeng Khoi district within Saraburi province, T Villas Kaeng Khoi is a villa-style resort offering private pool accommodation at a relaxed remove from Ayutthaya's busier tourist areas. The property appeals to couples, honeymooners, and families looking for a self-contained hideaway, with villas equipped with cooking stoves, microwaves, and BBQ grills — a practical bonus for longer stays or those who prefer more independence than a standard hotel provides. Guests can expect a quiet, private atmosphere with generally attentive and friendly staff, though the resort has undergone partial renovation and some facilities may still be a work in progress. The private pool villas are compact, which suits travellers after a cosy retreat but may feel limited for those expecting expansive outdoor living spaces. The location provides a reasonable base for day trips to Ayutthaya's UNESCO-listed historical parks and temples, as well as natural attractions across Saraburi province. Good to know: There is no overnight reception desk on-site, so late arrivals or after-hours requests require calling staff directly — worth factoring in when planning check-in times. Parking can be limited during busy periods despite available spaces, so arriving early is advisable. As the resort sits in a quieter rural area with limited public transport, having a private vehicle or pre-arranged transfers is strongly recommended. Booking directly with the resort is possible, but confirm all room and facility details at the time of reservation, particularly during any ongoing renovation works.

A cozy and private pool villa. Great for a hideaway vacation and family outing. The room equips with a cooking stove, microwave, and bbq grill. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Its good for the price. The staff are attentive. Theres no staff on the receptionist during the night. You need to call them. The parking is not enough for guests eventhough they have many parking spaces

Tips for Visiting Hotels & Resorts
Book Shoulder Season
May–June and September–October offer dramatic discounts (30–50% off peak rates) with fewer crowds. Weather is mixed but rarely a washout — afternoon showers clear quickly.
Compare OTAs and Direct Rates
Always check the hotel's own website after finding a rate on Agoda or Booking.com. Many Thai properties offer a best-rate guarantee or throw in perks like free breakfast when you book direct.
Pool Villa Doesn't Mean Expensive
Private pool villas in Krabi, Hua Hin, and Chiang Mai start around 2,500–4,000 THB/night — a fraction of Bali or Maldives prices. Search specifically for 'pool villa' to surface hidden gems.
