Order the Khao Soi. That's the dish people keep coming back for, a Northern Thai curry noodle soup that turns up on a beachfront menu in Mae Nam and does its job properly. The rest of the kitchen covers Thai and international, and prices sit at a level most people find fair.
The draw beyond the food is the beach itself: quiet, uncrowded, a long way in spirit from Chaweng. The treehouse-style build gives the place a bit of character, and late afternoon into sunset is when I'd aim to be there. Drinks arrive fast, staff get consistently good words, and the toilets are clean, which matters more than people admit.
Two honest warnings. When it's busy, food can take a long time, thirty minutes plus at peak. And the children's menu has drawn real complaints, one guest paying 200 baht for a 120-baht kids' spaghetti portion small enough to leave a child hungry, with no give from the manager. Check your bill.

We stumbled here for supper from our nearby hotel and what a beautiful surprise. Gorgeous seaside setting, fun design and smiling staff. I recommend reserving ahead of time if you’re coming for supper since it was quite busy, and we didnt get a table outside by the sea because we didn't have one. We will most definitely be back again before we leave.
We ate there multiple times, and it was always a wonderful experience. The place is authentic and extremely friendly, with lots of dishes on the menu that you just have to try. Thank you for everything 🙏
Restaurant review: The food and drinks are good here, but definitely don't order the children's spaghetti with butter and a little cheese. For 120 baht, you get such a small portion that no child will be satisfied. I spent a total of 2,700 baht here and consulted with the manager, who refused to give me a 20 baht discount for the insufficient portion. The highlight was that they ended up charging 200 baht for this portion. No willingness to satisfy the customer, on the contrary, they will laugh at you by trying to charge you even more.
